never earn any points because i might only get 8k or 9k steps in a day, and I’ve never been rewarded for any of the training videos I’ve completed.

Loss of streaks

Lost 120 steaks - disappointing to lose 120 from the app (even after the 10k steps a day had been achieved) no one from customer service came back on how to retrieve them

I’m beginning to think this app is a scam. The devs don’t even respond to complaints. No engagement with users is a BIG RED FLAG!!!
