Loss of streaks
Lost 120 steaks - disappointing to lose 120 from the app (even after the 10k steps a day had been achieved) no one from customer service came back on how to retrieve them
You earn tokens that you can’t withdraw
I’m beginning to think this app is a scam. The devs don’t even respond to complaints. No engagement with users is a BIG RED FLAG!!!
Daily Check Ins NOT WORKING
Daily check in’s aren’t working. Says unable to give tokens at the time, it’s been like that for 3 days already…
Great app / bad GPS
Love the app but as a runner this app does not give you correct distance on a run. I run the same routes for years and the app is more than 1/2 the distance off. Please fix this. Otherwise it’s a very good app for checking in.
Improvement
Out of the apps I use in the same industry this is is the last in terms of innovation and all the options available to use. It counts the steps when you run on a treadmill but doesn’t count the mileage in the same time due to the location activity. And a lot of options are in the apps but never active for the last 5-7 months. A lot work need to be done to catch up the competitors.

Upgraded to the latest version and it now keeps on asking me to enable notifications, which I don’t want to do. Very annoying!

Mike tracker
The mile tracker seems to be off simply because I know I can easily run a 1 mile run in under 10 minutes and it doesn’t show anything near to that. Might want to check.
