Bad app
My linked bank account was insufficient and my account got locked and I got a link to add another bank account which I did and they debited me $15 for a fees and told me to wait for 10 days before my account would be unlocked, and since then I’ve been trying to reach out to the customer service to get my account unlocked but unfortunately nobody wanna connect me or talk to me on phone , they’re just wasting my time and efforts . Goodbye to bad app like this. Thanks

During sign up, we ask users to answer 3 security questions from a pool of security questions. This is designed to ensure secure access if the user forgets his password. You cannot complete sign-up unless you select and answer 3 security questions. If you forget your password you must answer at least one security question which is generated randomly from the 3 you answered. The scenario you describe where AmpaCash generates a security question for which you gave no answer during sign up is impossible. Please provide details. We would otherwise conclude that your claim is false.
