hunnys babyboy We're sorry for your experience. We value privacy and cannot discuss individual private transactions publicly. Money withdrawals are allowed only after the deposited or transferred money has cleared the bank accounts and posted. Typically transactions fail for reasons such as the sender or receiver accounts not being valid or there being insufficient funds in the originating account. We are currently servicing the "send money to bank" to incorporate further fraud controls due to a recent spate of attempted fraudulent transactions which were all prevented. We hope you appreciate our additional scrutiny and security. Thx
