Best Digital Tube Tone
If you can’t afford Fractal, you won’t find better and more affordable excellent tone than this. It’s authentic, feels right under the fingers (as much as any digital modeler can today), and is affordable. Really love TONEX a lot. Even with my Axe FX III I still enjoy plugging into TONEX for a simple, high-quality experience.

Great when it’s not crashing
Continues to crash over and over I just want to log in to buy more presets and it seems now I cannot even use the app PLEASE fix it I run my scarlet solo to my phone while on the road and this is a must have but right now it’s a can’t have…
Issues
App occasionally crashed during loading. It was working fine just a week ago but now crashes no matter what during start up. Nothing I have looked up fixes the issue. Please fix the app because it’s great when it works!
Constant Crashing
I bought an irig pro to make a custom pedal board with my old iPhone 13. The app crashes… ok fine maybe it’s the old phone… I use my iPhone 16 pro and it’s great. Months later i travel with my setup and here I am rehearsing and the app won’t even stay open very long without crashing. I update it… and it’s even worse. Can’t press a button before it crashes. Can’t even rely on this to practice let alone a 2 song gig…Disappointed.

Shouldn’t be this complicated
Worked fine the first few weeks. Then found it wouldn’t load. Look up for advice. Would finally load (like it was a glitch). Get tired of dealing with it and find I’m not using it. Months later, nothing works, it doesn’t load at all. Neither this or amplitude app. But this was more reliable than amplitude.Uninstall and reinstall multiple times led to having to sign in, leading to creating multiple sign ins I can’t keep straight because the item that is supposed to do that doesn’t install on the iPhone. All this because I bought an iRig HD x and just regret wasting money.

Keeps Crashing
This opened without issue previously, but now for the past six months it crashes within 5 seconds of the app launching. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but this continues happening. I’m on an iPhone 15 Pro with the latest version of iOS installed.
Frustrated
One star. I was able to use it once. Has never worked since. Crashes about 15 seconds after opening it every time. Useless app. My comment for the one time I was able to try it - the interface elements are too large. They could have been made smaller to fit more on the screen.
App crashes on startup on iPhone 17 Pro Max
The app crashes on startup 100% of the time on my brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max. It works on my old iPad Pro just fine, but I was expecting to be able to use it on either device when I bought the upgrade.
Isn’t there anything the devs can do to fix this? If not, Apple should remove it from the App Store. No idea how it was approved if you can’t even open the app.
With that said, the app works great on my iPad Pro, and it sounds amazing. I just really, really want it to work on my phone too.

No effects and Can’t use Tonenet
The app works nicely, but unfortunately, it was not updated to have delay, reverb, and modulation. Also it’s almost impossible to connect to Tone net.

The sound that comes with it are decent. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to connect to “tonenet”. The stand alone app crashes after seconds. Poor engeneering

You guys spend a lot of time working on the desktop version, yet no time updating this garbage app. I can’t believe you still have the gall to charge money for in-app purchases on here.
