Bad Service
I tried this with an iRig Stomp box I’ve had for a few years. It was noisy and bad sounding, so I deleted the app, canceled the subscription and requested a refund for the subscription fees minutes after testing. Apple & the App developer are denying my refund request. That’s not cool.

I recently purchased the Lifetime Premium subscription on my wife’s Android device because the payment method is linked there. Before making the purchase, I understood from the app that I would be able to sign in to the same account and use my subscription across multiple devices, including Android, iPhone, Mac, and Windows.
Unfortunately, after signing in to the same account on my iPhone, my Lifetime Premium subscription does not appear. This was very disappointing, as the information presented before the purchase led me to believe that the subscription would be tied to my account rather than being limited to the device or platform on which it was purchased.
I feel that this is misleading, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please help transfer or restore my Lifetime Premium subscription to my account so that it is available when I sign in on my iPhone?
