Can not contact company to cancel subscription.
Terrible
This app is awful. It doesn’t teach strumming patterns to any of the songs, its learning path is clumsy as you can’t rewind or go back to a previous section and the chords are often wrong!! This is an expensive waste of time. And if you need customer service to complain the AI assistant won’t help you to get in touch with anyone. Total waste of $150!! Worst guitar learning app I’ve ever used. 10 thumbs down!

I am left handed and cannot seem to easily switch the lessons to a left handed mode
Terrible experience after purchase
I just purchased Chordie AI from a referral. It doesn’t recognize my purchase. There is no profile. When I finally get to the point where it asks me to play a chord 3x, it locks and doesn’t recognize any playing. I think I need my $100 back
