Terrible
This app is awful. It doesn’t teach strumming patterns to any of the songs, its learning path is clumsy as you can’t rewind or go back to a previous section and the chords are often wrong!! This is an expensive waste of time. And if you need customer service to complain the AI assistant won’t help you to get in touch with anyone. Total waste of $150!! Worst guitar learning app I’ve ever used. 10 thumbs down!

I am left handed and cannot seem to easily switch the lessons to a left handed mode
Terrible experience after purchase
I just purchased Chordie AI from a referral. It doesn’t recognize my purchase. There is no profile. When I finally get to the point where it asks me to play a chord 3x, it locks and doesn’t recognize any playing. I think I need my $100 back
Sucks
Doesn’t provide the necessary support to be able to play the song. AI response to questions is not consistent.
Glitches out
Have had nothing but issues. Let’s me start song great all of a sudden will not read cord I strum. Then throws me out of app. Do not buy!!! Been stuck on day 7 for weeks!!!!

Bei der Frage welcher Akkord das ist ,hängt das Programm Ich verstehe nicht warum alle so zufrieden sind ich bin noch nicht einmal weitergekämpft bei den Fragen sobald ich gefragt werde welcher Akkord das ist und ich abtippe passiert rein gar nichts auch wieder

Nice idea but doesn’t work properly
Had the app several weeks and disappointingly has issues from the off. Numerous songs won’t let me move past the 2nd or 3rd chord and just keep on repeating the last chord which makes progression impossible. The mic doesn’t always pick up the note played. Sound when I started was okay but now there is no sound at all for any song (either with advised headphone use or without).
There also doesn’t seem to any strumming pattern advise for any song I’ve tried which is a strange omission. This could be a useful learning aid but instead it’s let down by a poor interface. Oh and the tech support is non existent. Contact the support team via email over a week again and received no response. Will now be requesting a refund.

I find it hard to navigate and use.

You can’t cancel the program if you don’t like it. They don’t pay up on their trial.

I have been using the app for 6 months now and I do enjoy learning to play many songs but since your latest update my app is frozen and I cannot use the app. Please fix your issues so I can resume using the app
Crashes
The app crashes and cannot be brought back without uninstalling.

Horrible!!! I signed up for a year and they keep wanting me to go pro and sign up for that. There’s no detailed practice routine like they said no strumming patterns either. Save your money and watch YouTube
Started out great now not working
Freezing no longer functional. Noticed there was an update, so I updated. Still not functioning. Worked slow but worked in December? This application was helping me learn a song. So I paid for subscription. They need to either fix the program or refund the subscription cost.
