Scam
Driver never responded to messages and marked complete with 0 miles driven but never showed up. Don’t use this service.
Awful service and experience
I scheduled this ride well in advance for my wife and child. The driver that was assigned knew what time at least 48 hours in advanced. Come the day of the pick up 30 minutes prior to them landing he txt me that he is going to be 2 HOURS late because he picked up another ride and was now delayed. He was very unhelpful, rude and this is completely unacceptable given the time in advance to plan his day of pick ups. I had to cancel the ride and my wife was left with my 6 yr old child to figure a way to get home.
Not sure I would use this service ever again.

scam!!!!!!
i requested a round trip ride and made that very clear MULTIPLE times through the process. they ignored my attempts to confirm the total cost and quietly charged me almost $300 when i was originally quoted $104. i reached out to multiple people to try and confirm the total and was simply ignored every time. in fact they responded to the email, just not the part about the cost so it was clearly intentional. they knew exactly what they were doing. now my account is overdrawn because instead of $104 they charged me $268. complete scam i should have just gone with uber which would have been $120 plus tip. absolutely unprofessional and borderline criminal. if i don’t receive a refund i’ll be reporting them to the better business bureau and posting this review across all platforms possible.

just save your time and money
im usually never one to write reviews but this app honestly let me down so hard that i need to just warn. I booked a ride, same day trip and it was costing me 200 for one ride, two people and that part was fine. When it came to giving me the drivers details it did show but as i was watching the first driver they would drive about 10 minutes and then cancel. Tried again hoping it was just a driver that did not want to make the trip. Second guy did the same thing and in fact i even messaged him explaining why i need the ride and he did the same thing as the first, no explanation. i wanted to stay open minded, i did. But the fact it was so similar within both cases and also the fact they charged me both times, i feel ripped off. never again and i apoligize if i may be projecting but just stay aware guys, this app is odd

They took my money!
I booked a trip, the driver cancelled on me. I cancelled looking for drivers. And they haven’t issued me a refund and it was about $350. I don’t know how I’ll get home because I no longer have money.
Never going through this app again. They don’t even have a phone line for you to contact them on.

This app saved my life. Was stranded , no other way home and these guys came through, for a much better price. Thomas the CEO is a great guy! Will never forget them
Fraudulent
I got scammed by this company Amride, I’ve ended up with $800 of my pocket after I’ve done long trip for client on April 2021.
A must use
I highly recommend this service. Great drivers and a safe way to travel.
Great company with friendly drivers
This app is great, they bring drivers to you for your car. I use them whenever we have to fly, we have 2 kids so it’s easier to use our minivan where there car seats already are installed. I’ve also used them to get home after drinks in the city, it’s great to be home with my car! Every time I’ve used them my drivers always been super friendly and on time.

Fantastic Experience
Our driver called me right after I booked my drive. He was on time the day of my trip and got me to the airport with plenty of time.

We have used AmRide a couple of times now and we love it.
Easy, punctual, pleasant.
A little bit more expensive than a cab but we live in Cheshire, not a lot of cabs out here. Eh, none.
We actually made arrangements with the "7" cab co. to collect us for a party, they never showed. Even tho cabbie texted that he was on way! When I called back after waiting 45 minutes (pacing, dressed up and sooo annoyed) , I was put on hold then told cabbie must've picked up another fare. But he could probably pick us up in another 45 min. Ehh, NO THANKS.
Called AmRide last minute. They were Johnny-on-the-spot accommodating.
We drove ourselves to the the gala and AmRide collected us at the designated time and drove us home in our own car. Perfect!!!
Do yourselves a favor and use AmRide. We are their big, big fans.
