Reservations
Some drivers are able to secure reservations immediately using bots or other software, meaning there is no fair distribution of reservations—this needs to be addressed. And Another issue is that even though I contacted customer service and told them my car was in the wrong class, they told me it couldn’t be changed—which is ridiculous.

A ride that’s not worth it
Waiting an hour at the airport for a $30 ride, passengers expecting you to hunt for them inside the terminal, and now the ride gets changed if the time shifts ,but the pay stays at economy while expectations are first-class. Drivers are getting economy pay for first-class service.

Due to the repeated unprofessional behavior of your company, failure to follow our policies, and disregard for applicable U.S. laws and regulations, we have decided to terminate our partnership with immediate effect.
Your consistently low payment rates and lack of respect for our drivers’ time and professionalism have made it impossible to continue working together. Effective immediately, Orlando Best Limo will not take any responsibility for upcoming rides assigned through your platform.
Our drivers have expressed that they no longer wish to work with Transfeero, and I fully support that decision.
We expect you to remove our company and drivers from your system immediately.
