Reservations

Some drivers are able to secure reservations immediately using bots or other software, meaning there is no fair distribution of reservations—this needs to be addressed. And Another issue is that even though I contacted customer service and told them my car was in the wrong class, they told me it couldn’t be changed—which is ridiculous.

A ride that’s not worth it

Waiting an hour at the airport for a $30 ride, passengers expecting you to hunt for them inside the terminal, and now the ride gets changed if the time shifts ,but the pay stays at economy while expectations are first-class. Drivers are getting economy pay for first-class service.

Your consistently low payment rates and lack of respect for our drivers’ time and professionalism have made it impossible to continue working together. Effective immediately, Orlando Best Limo will not take any responsibility for upcoming rides assigned through your platform.

Our drivers have expressed that they no longer wish to work with Transfeero, and I fully support that decision.

We expect you to remove our company and drivers from your system immediately.

Absolutely ridiculous company

To begin with, they don't know any rules and regulations; they're sending cheap rates to drivers and requesting free meet and greet services inside the airport, as well as providing free baby seats. In addition, when passengers are late, they won't compensate you and if they complain for anything, they will deduct 30 to 80$ easily from your wallet. I would advise drivers to stay away from these scammers because they send money after a month. You will waste your time by providing free meet and greets and baby seats as a service. This is an unprofessional company that shouldn't be trusted.

Worst company for drivers. Slowest app. Low rates

I was extremely disappointed with my experience using Transfeero. While they charge customers high amounts for rides, they don't pay their drivers fair rates.Not only that, but they don't even compensate for the time drivers spend waiting at the airport for customers. And to make matters worse, I've had instances where it took two to three hours for customers to clear immigration, but I didn't receive any extra payment for that extra time. It's a shameful and unacceptable service, and I will not be using Transfeero again.

App takes longer time to accept the ride. And there are a lot of options you have to go through then you can accept the ride which is disgusting.

Ridiculous App you can’t accept even a single Ride

App is so complicated you need to first select vehicle then go for accept and then submit i meant to say wow. People are sitting 24hr on their pc to accept the ride pc is a lot quicker than phones app. You guys should stop sending requests on the app.

Fake orders or allow people using bots

As soon as you receive a new transfer booking in the market it disappears stating someone already pulled the transfer out of the market which is impossible. You will never be able to be assigned for a transfer.

For all limo company in the US, please stay away from this scammer you’re not gonna get paid you’re gonna use your money for a whole month and after that you will be in trouble for each trip you get proof of pick up Pru drop off proof of cancellation, communication very bad customer service are the worst and the worldso it just waste of time stay with your business focus on it and leave this company to die cause he will die very soon

I have worked with 10+ limo companies over the last 6/7 years. But they are by far the worst company to work with. They are the least chauffeur/driver friendly company out there. They treat their chauffeur/driver like criminals. Before you say something to them, you better have your proof ready. Their no show policy is ridiculous. In one instance, my passenger flight was cancelled and the passenger texted me from his phone number to informed me that, he was not coming on that day due to flight cancellation, instead he would be arriving the following day. The flight status also showed cancelled. I informed their customer support. Knowing that, the flight got cancelled, and the customer himself confirmed he wouldn’t be landing on that day, they made me go to the airport for absolutely no reason and had me waiting there an hour to collect the no show. This company is full of Bullsh**! Their policies are beyond ridiculous. After all of that, they would be messing with your payment. Absolute nightmare of a company to work with for any driver or chauffeur.
