Limited ride Availability and Poor Support
Another major issue is customer service. Whenever you contact support, they rarely solve the problem. Most of the time they just send copy-and-paste responses and sometimes provide incorrect or misleading information.
Overall, I do not recommend working with this company as a chauffeur.
