Drivers BEWAREDI
Difficult sign up process, barely any offers I sit days waiting for one ride notification here in Boston, MA plus they took 560$ out of my paycheck because I accidentally clicked on an offer.

Just plain ugly
The nasty loopholes that BlackLane allows to hurt their drivers pay should be illegal. The portal drivers use is designed to take $$ away from their drivers. BlackLane is not a moral company. Too bad for BlackLane. I wish BlackLane would put themselves in their workers shoes. We must provide unparalleled service, but Black Lane does not provide unparalleled service for their workers.

I no longer use BlackLane after Ive talked to my drivers. The nasty loopholes that BlackLane allows to hurt their drivers pay should be illegal. Best thing is now those drivers & I no longer use BlackLane we just exchanged phone numbers & benefit each other & BlackLane gets no more of my $$ & driver gets more $$ from me. Too bad for BlackLane

DRIVERS BEWARE: AVOID!
My name is Riad, I am a driver with a fleet of Mercedes Benz S and E class, I came over from Uber and am shocked at how there’s no business, 1 ride offer in 3 weeks, they get taken by drivers with longer experience, no money, on top of that I accidentally clicked on an offer and returned it immediately now they want to charge me 100% penalty + Handling fee over 500$!!! Are they crazy?! Beware for chauffeurs. Long hiring of process, no offers, harsh punishments on top of that the app is so basic and honestly useless, this is for Americans. I live in Boston and have over 10,000 5 star rides for Uber Black and Lyft. If you’re banned from Uber or have issues with other apps STAY AWAY from this one. Maybe New York might have more offers but it’s a brutal company with no system or appeal process just a girl or guy sending you an email a day later and that’s it it’s done. I was nervous to do this review in fear of retaliation but I feel bad for other people who think this is a viable alternative or an engineering marvel.
