The dirtiest App ever! I DID NOT WANT TO PUT A STAR (FYI)
Driver
All the app does is freeze and it doesn’t work correctly. It is the worst app I have ever used.
Customer
Spanish customer need Spanish driver if they can’t speak English. It’s annoying when someone speaks English and his driver is Spanish who don’t understand English
Bad customer service
I’m all the work but when it come to customer service they’re are being rude and begging to lock me out of the app
Low quality app
This app has potential, but unfortunately, each base has their habits, such as giving rides to drivers of their preference, also if I work a 12 hour shift five of those hours is just there with no calls. Also, the app constantly freezes on various occasions I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app. It’s a headache.
