No real updates
I make good money driving for empower, but the app needs major user experience, and technical improvements. The map sucks-it literally changes addresses, takes longer routes and takes you behind buildings…, you don’t see enough ride information when rides chain, theres no way to see where you should go to get more business or what times are the best in any given area, subscription information is not detailed enough and the money gets funny ALOT, and the app all together crashes.
The monthly driver appreciation calls literally repeat the same talking points and provide no new specific information about how the app will improve and provide a smoother user experience.
There should be incentives to drive more and promos for car maintenance and gas.

Great Idea
Great idea and I want to use this app as much as I can to stick it to Uber and their price gouging but just not anywhere near enough riders. App UI could look and feel better, all the blues blend together and there needs to be a heat map for ride requests. Model everything after the Uber app but keep the payout model / subscription service, is my recommendation. Also app doesn’t ship up on Apple car play..

Hidden charges on fare after subscription fee
Hidden charges on discounted fares to riders technically make drivers earn same rates as other major apps . Plus subscriptions monthly makes driver earn little like other others
App doesn’t charge you on fares during trial but it’s a bs after trial .

First month in ATL
The money is pretty good over here in Atlanta but there are a few customers that will cause cancellation due to behavior. It’s hard to report via the app support. That is the only complaint, I love it 10x more than other side gigs.

Quiero decirles que deben mejorar en cuanto al GPS no están actualizados al momento del viaje, los clientes no califican porque se pierde mucho tiempo buscando el sitio correcto deberían incorporar!!! El GPS Dentro de la app EMPOWER DRIVER
Y L a mensajería de texto dentro de la app EMPOWER DRIVER ya que se pierde mucho tiempo revisando los mensajes afuera de la App y por la seguridad de todos es un peligro manejar y ver salir de la app a revisar los mensajes que el cliente envía!! Me gusta la app porque es razonable en los pagos!! Pero deben trabajar mucho pensando en el Cliente y el conductor gracias!!! Ya soy parte de esta comunidad y me interesa que avance a ser la mejor!!!
