Quiero decirles que deben mejorar en cuanto al GPS no están actualizados al momento del viaje, los clientes no califican porque se pierde mucho tiempo buscando el sitio correcto deberían incorporar!!! El GPS Dentro de la app EMPOWER DRIVER
Y L a mensajería de texto dentro de la app EMPOWER DRIVER ya que se pierde mucho tiempo revisando los mensajes afuera de la App y por la seguridad de todos es un peligro manejar y ver salir de la app a revisar los mensajes que el cliente envía!! Me gusta la app porque es razonable en los pagos!! Pero deben trabajar mucho pensando en el Cliente y el conductor gracias!!! Ya soy parte de esta comunidad y me interesa que avance a ser la mejor!!!

Your giving upfront price , then waiting for customers or being stuck in traffic , so you dont pay minutes for extra drive traffic etc, so whats the meaning of our rate? What kind of business is that. It does not work in nyc at least …

Before finding out about Empower I drove for Lyft and Uber. There’s no way I’d ever go back there now. Empower is the best ride share to hit the market. Comparing them with the others I can’t see why anyone would drive for or ride with Empower. I love being in control of my finances and not getting ripped off by Lyft or Uber.

Paid what we deserve
I absolutely love the Empower app. Getting paid the full fare makes the job actually worth doing. Not to mention you can set your own rates! The only thing I wish they could come out with is a map showing where it is riders are requesting rides like uber/lyft does. Driving blind isn’t exactly the best.

Soy conductora de Empower en Miami desde diciembre 2025. y quiero compartir mi experiencia.
El 17 de julio 2026, realicé varios viajes que sumaron US$29.82. Ese dinero desapareció. No figura en mis ganancias, no está en Instant Payout y tampoco llegó a mi cuenta bancaria. Ya me comuniqué con soporte y sigo esperando una explicación.
Además, mi plan de suscripción aumentó de US$39.99 a US$100 por mes.
En mi experiencia, y por lo que también he escuchado de otros conductores con los que he hablado personalmente, la cantidad de viajes disponibles es muy baja. Muchos comentan que reciben muy pocos pedidos, y esa también ha sido mi experiencia.
Mi objetivo al publicar esta reseña es que otros conductores revisen cuidadosamente sus ganancias, sus retiros y los depósitos que reciben en su banco. Espero que Empower explique qué ocurrió con mis US$29.82 y resuelva este problema cuanto antes.

I’ve been waiting for weeks to be approved to drive. I even sent an email to the support team and got no reply. Lame.
Need A lot improvement so old technology!
Main issue is app so far behind the current popular rideshare app technology and have many entitled riders also houston market so fresh not have enough business and for now cannot be even a side hustle houston based low demand! if company wanted to compete with uber and lyft at least they try to copy paste their app technology and let driver report false negative reviews from entitled riders and block them for feature rides pair like this is just one example for now I don’t see this empower rideshare company even as a side gig!

Mundial de futbol , Muchisima gente , viajando en estas plataforma’s rumbo al estadio , aeropuerto, restaurant. Todo el dia la app Encendida ni un solo viaje tuve , hoy July 4 tengo 2 horas login y solo 1 viaje de 11 $ y nada mas . Esta buena la app pero no tiene viajes
