They charge you more than they say
really bad gps
so, the app so far has been somewhat more affordable than Uber, on most days. It has very short wait times which is preferable for where i currently live. The ETA and gps on this app could be better. It will say driver is 3-4 min away but in reality driver got re routed by the app, and now the driver is 10 min away. And it takes a while for that change to reflect on the app. I notice this happens after 5pm, must be because of traffic? im not sure. But the wait times are much more longer after 5pm. I work in the downtown area in Houston Tx. So far the biggest perk for this app is the short wait times. I will choose that over anything uber offers honestly. Uber has such long wait times. Hopefully the gps problem changes soon.

This was my first ride and I loved it!! They were very fast, efficient, professional, and far cheaper than UBER AND LYFT!

Loving the app so far! Drivers are friendly. Vehicles are as described. Saving money - especially when we don’t need an XL.
Don’t use this app
Its trash. They give you credit but still want you to pay money for the ride.
