Horrible
For 3 days I’ve tried using the app after being recommended from an uber driver who drives for this app. I request a ride and it’s taken 20-30 minutes and still no response and finally today I get a ride and they show up to my house and cancel the ride before I can even walk down the steps of my apartment building.

This app is not accurate it drops me in wrong places and take different routes, I dont like this apo at all its a waste of my time its been 2 times that I arrive late or a different location pf my job.

Cheaper rides which is a plus but a lot of drivers seem to cancel for little to no reason and wait times for rides can be really long compared to Uber or Lyft.
Driver’s are horrible
Too many times happen where drivers cancel after I wait for 10 minutes plus and they cancel when they get to my location because they then see the address is about 4-5 miles away.

I love how cheap and low the rise are well. I can’t even say that because Empower rates are super high. Now they’re the same as Uberr, but I hate the GPS with this app. My last driver wanted to drop me off in the middle of the road because their GPS doesn’t read everything
Charges on card even though you have available ride credits.
This app sucks with the interface and certain settings and lacks functionality options you could actually benefit from when wanting to know where your driver is or eta with the priority notifications. It only notify you when they arrive, also they are continuously charging my card although I have ride credits and have never been refunded for the double payments since using the app. There’s no 24 hour customer/ rider service, and when trying to get an immediate answer, they want you to send a email explaining the problem instead of having live chat reps to help with knowing you all have multiple problems with this app! It sucks!

Can’t get in contact with anyone about issues this lady accept my ride and then said she picked me up which she didn’t and then said she dropped me off took my money and I contact support a week ago and no one has reached out about my refund

I had never heard of this until visiting my son in the Baltimore area. We were met with drivers who care, who offered advice navigating the area, and who delivered above and beyond. I left each Empower encounter with a feeling of hope for this country, for community, and so much more I can’t put into words.
The downside was after we left the area. For weeks we were subjected to political emails. These would be welcome if we lived in the area, but they had our data and knew we lived outside the area but spammed us relentlessly. Less than a month from using the app, I logged in to the app hoping to find some privacy settings, but it had already reset itself so I needed to reset my password and access details.
There’s more to my story, but in the end I’m deleting it.
I’m grateful to the drivers we met. I’m also grateful they are paid more better than Uber or Lyft. I just hope they get some experienced programmers soon so users feel this app isn’t a burden.

Terrible service - poor service
I would strongly recommend avoiding the service. They make it very difficult to dispute issues with charges drivers constantly cancel. Their app doesn’t generate the correct gps data etc
Good price lemon cars and poor service drivers
Driver smell bad .. cars are ragedy .. don’t always work properly make nose cars are buckets they don’t speak English. Some are rude and no immediate customer service. The price are reasonable but there nothing luxury about this service
Perfect ride
I set this ride up in a panic. I was late for brunch with my girlfriend and her friends. I didn’t wanna be late to the event or to meet there her girlfriends for the first time so set up this ride here. Soleil shows up he gets me here in 13 minutes. It was perfect.

uber has the audacity to ask me for 40$ to go cross town. What even is lyft. empower makes it easy to save. and you always get a rate equivalent or better than uber.
