Drivers and GPS
The GPS they use is off always gives poor directions and a lot of the drivers smell it’s no way to rate them and give a actual reason for the rating
Love the convenience
This app not only is cheaper than its competitors but also has less wait time and we can pick to have same gender drivers which makes me feel safer at night. The best part is that the driver get the money instead of companies getting most of it.

This app is a money saving app if you’re looking to use it for ride share! Less experience compared to other apps and plus the drivers get the full pay
Can not cancel a ride that I didn’t or delete payment card
I am unable to cancel a ride that I did not request. I just looked at getting a ride but did not complete requesting a driver. The app has sent me three different drivers I hit cancel or had the drivers hit canceled. The app keeps sending drivers and I cannot cancel the ride request and I’ve turned off my phone and rebooted it and the Empower app is still sending me drivers for a ride around the building charging me $8.65 for 3 rides I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT REQUEST!!!!

Excellent Service
Travel follow direction and call for me for more direct. I have to wait a couple minutes. I understood Google will take you to the wrong side of the street of Billing sometime.

Price charge NOT accurate
everytime I get a ride the price is low between 10-20 but when I pay a ride for example that’s $7.50 my card gets charged $11 why is that the app says the fee is $7.50 in total but on my bank account it says $11 charge so very not accurate with the price.
Cancelled rides
You don’t even understand how much rides were cancelled because of race. The driver would drive to my location to then cancel once they arrived. This has happened numerous times!

I enjoy using Empower. The drivers have been excellent and the prices are within my budget. The drivers arrive fast. Very rarely do they cancel a trip. If that happens, another driver follows up quickly. I have only had great experiences with Empower.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Empower has no customer service, you can’t get refunds, report dangerous drivers or extortion. I have a driver trying to extort me
And I’ve called their support several times. You can’t operate an application like this with no customer support especially when drivers are putting peoples lives at risk.
