Disappointment
I started to use this up in a few months. As a normally its work properly but my last filght was diverted to another airbort and i try to cancel my ride. I wasn’t expecting fully recover my payment bu they could be a little bit care about their customers. They chareged full amount to me and just say sorry. in case of malfunction you must be ready for disappointment.

Help not working
When I tried to get help through the app, I kept getting “something gone wrong” message. It said to reload and it posted the same screen/message.

Our flights were both delayed and they linked to our incoming schedule so they knew arrival time and messaged which door to exit, cross street and which number zone to be picked up at. After a long day of travel from CA to Miami it was the best part of our travel day having them there waiting and ready outside of the baggage claim area we were at. The shuttle van was clean and comfortable.
