Awful Service

I recently traveled to France with my wife for our honeymoon and our embarkment from the origin city was delayed significantly. I gave the driver 12 HOURS of notice that I needed to reschedule. They never acknowledged, and then claimed they were at the airport. The app team wasn’t considerate of my situation, nor did they acknowledge the time stamp of the adjusted itinerary request.

Awful service and I’ll never use this service again. This is what bad customer service does, Transfeero. You lose all future business as a result and your competitors gain it because they’re easy to work with and considerate of travel plans changing.
