taxi didn’t show up for 2 hours. tried to cancel. does not let you cancel only get an email for customer support, customer support doesn’t then answer or sort absolutely anything!! we wanted to see the city for our last day and because of them taking 2 hours we missed our booking and didn’t get to see any of it😡

Fraud app!!!!
I tried this app twice both times they scammed me.
The second time I booked a ride the driver blacked mail me as I already paid for the ride.when I contacted the app they refused refund me and only added credit to my account.
I gave up my money as I won’t ride with a drivers like this

App is garbage, safety risk for my kid
This app has no real matching algorithm. I booked a 12PM pickup and it matched me with a driver who was over an hour away in a completely different city. The app has zero checks on distance, availability, or realistic ETA before letting a driver accept your ride. Compare that to Uber/Lyft, which show you exactly this. GetTransfer shows none of it.
It gets worse: I requested a car seat for my 4yo, and that requirement never made it into the driver's app at all. He showed up with nothing, had no idea it was needed, and ended up buying one himself at a store. This is not a bug. They just don't care enough to implement this properly.
Net result: picked up 90 minutes late, after paying for a specific pickup time the system had no way of actually delivering.
And now the ride shows as "canceled" in my history, despite happening. So their own records, they took my money for something that never occurred.
18+ days of refund requests, no resolution. Had to go through my bank for a chargeback instead.
This app has no functioning backend logic matching drivers to riders. Avoid, especially if you're traveling with kids or need any special accommodation.

I made a reservation 2 week before my travel, the day of the travel they send me an email they change the driver and the car, when I reserved they offer a 2021 Toyota Siena, now 2017 Honda fit. Someone text me by WhatsApp requesting to cancel the trip and dealing directly whit him.
I never do that kind of thing because not feel safe. The thing was at my arrival nobody was there to pick me up try to call , text the diver, support just send email no one answer in real time. They still have my money because they are investigating.

Scammer please don’t book this app Brisbane / Gold Coast driver , hasn’t been pay from this business
Do not use this app in Australia. I completed work and was not paid. This is a serious issue and completely unacceptable. Stay away.
