Beware of this company
I booked a ride and the driver accepted the trip, but when I called to confirm where I should wait for him, he told me he was too far away and could not come to pick me up. To make matters worse, when I called him, he told me he did not speak English, which made an already frustrating situation even more difficult.
My biggest issue, however, was how the company handled the situation afterward. The service was not provided because their driver accepted a ride he was unable to complete, yet the company refused to refund the money to my credit card. Instead, they only offered credit to my account.
I do not live in the United States. Fortunately, I was able to use the credit for my return trip, and that ride went smoothly. But what would have happened if this had occurred on my final ride to the airport before flying home? When exactly would I have been able to use that credit?
If the ride had been cancelled because of circumstances beyond their control, I could understand. But this was not a case of force majeure. Their driver accepted the ride and then simply told me he was too far away to come.
When a company fails to provide a service due to an issue on their side, customers should have the option to receive a refund to their original payment method rather than being forced to accept account credit.
Unfortunately, this experience also made me question how reliable the service is. When you book transportation—especially when traveling—you need to know that the driver who accepts your ride will actually show up. After this experience, I would not feel comfortable relying on this service when timing really matters.

Driver didn't show up- they refuse cash refund
Pre-booked a transfer from Naples Airport to Sorrento and paid the fee upfront. The driver never showed up at the agreed time and location because the company do t pay him. When I contacted support for a refund, they refused to return the money to my card and would only offer site credit for a future ride — despite the failure being entirely on their end. Had to file a chargeback with my bank to see if can get my money back. If you're relying on this for an important transfer, know that a no-show doesn't guarantee your money back. Never use them again.

GetTransfer = Get Held Hostage Over the Atlantic and Ripped Off
I used GetTransfer, based on a recommendation, for a ride for me, my dog, and my kids from Paris to Lille, France. I booked and paid for the ride months in advance and just a few days after booking I was notified the original driver was no longer available but they were looking for a replacement. This went on for months and each time I contacted the support team I got a response effectively saying don’t worry, we are finding you a new driver.
Fast forward to the day of my departure from Chicago O’Hare, flying to Paris Charles de Gaulle. Still no replacement driver found, and support continued to assure me all was well. Thank goodness the in-flight wifi was working because I continued to ping support, getting the same “be patient” response. Finally, just a couple hours before arrival i once again messaged support, this time screaming in ALL CAPS (not my usual style) that they still had not found me a replacement driver. This got their attention and they said they had finally found a replacement driver, but only if I would pay an additional $250 extra. Well, considering they had me over a figurative barrel and the literal ocean I gave into their demand and paid the additional fee.
But wait, there’s more. And wait I did. The appointed time came for the driver to show up at the arrivals terminal at CDG and he was nowhere to be found. Finally after 25 minutes of waiting he contacted me through the app to say he had mistakenly been waiting at the destination address in Lille - two hours away - and begged me to wait for him. After checking the rental desks and learning there were no cars available I relented and waited for him to arrive, three hours after our appointed arrival time. On the way, we ran into traffic and the driver decided to take a so-called short cut but ended up driving up dead end streets, making a few U-turns and eventually winding through city streets and making it to our destination, approximately four hours late.
I contacted support to request, at a minimum, a return of the $250 they extorted from me mid-flight only to have them email me that these investigations take time and I should be patient. I checked in several times since and always get the same answer, we’re looking into it, investigations take time.
It has now been over six weeks since this disastrous experience and the answer remains the same, they are still looking into it. Since it is clear I will never see a penny of a refund, or even a simple apology so here I am, posting a 1 star review, only because zero stars is not an option.
My advice to you is to run away from this app, and this company as fast as possible, you will surely get to your destination sooner that way than by paying them to fail you.

Don’t pay a full amount to the company split our part the payment they the passenger app have a new
Now they had a new feature on the app so everybody who want to use book the car, please prefer a part payment not pay full amount to the company because none of a single drawer can come to pick you up. You guys should we have a option when you book the split our part the payment you just only need to pay the fee to the company the rest of the amount you have to pay to the driver in this case driver will come and they’re gonna pick you up
