(SCAMER ALERT) Don't waste your time.
In my opinion, this company is a complete scam. I don't understand how a supposedly honest company that wants to grow can have a 30-business-day billing period, holding onto your money when you, as the driver, NEED it and have to pay out of your own pocket for fuel, maintenance, cleaning, and any damage to your vehicle.
That billing period, which is almost two months, has passed, and GetTransfer.com has never transferred your earnings. You're forced to contact them, and the only response is that they'll review your account to transfer your earnings and that every payment is guaranteed by the company, but they never transfer it to your personal account, even though you contact Customer Support repeatedly—and I mean more than ten times!
I've been waiting since March. And today is July 13th, and they still haven't transferred the earnings to my bank account.
I've been waiting since March. (GetTransfer) My question for you is ———> What should we do? Should we file a class-action lawsuit against the company to force them to transfer the funds promptly, or what is your recommendation to us?

SCAM ALERT !!!!!
Scam Alert! GetTransfer does not pay drivers after completing rides. I completed 12 rides over 5 months totaling $4,800 and still haven’t been paid. This app should never have been allowed in the US. All drivers should report them to the FBI immediately. I will be filing my report on Monday.

How does GetTransfer expect professional drivers to continue working under these conditions?
Last week, one of your representatives informed me that I would receive payment on Monday. Today, that commitment has not been honored. I have not received the payment, nor have I received an explanation as to why the expected payment date passed.
Since May 15, I have repeatedly asked the same questions, yet I have never received direct answers:
* What exactly is the technical issue?
* Why has it remained unresolved for so long?
* Is it affecting all drivers or only certain accounts?
* Is there any issue specific to my account?
* What is the exact date my payments will be released?
I have also become increasingly concerned by the lack of meaningful communication. The repeated use of generic and automated responses, rather than case-specific answers, has made it extremely difficult to understand the status of my account or when this matter will be resolved.
An apology does not resolve overdue payments. Transparency and timely communication do.
I respectfully ask for your assistance in ensuring that GetTransfer complies with its own Service License Agreement by:
1. Releasing my outstanding balance of US$3,146.25.
2. Providing a definitive payment schedule.
3. Explaining the technical issue affecting these payments.
4. Confirming that there are no issues specific to my account preventing payment.
My patience has been exhausted. I have honored every commitment I made as a GetTransfer partner. I now respectfully ask GetTransfer to honor its commitments to me.
Until all outstanding payments have been received in full, I will continue to suspend acceptance of all new GetTransfer bookings. I will also continue to follow up until this matter has been fully resolved.
Mr. Sapov, I am reaching out to you because I believe this situation deserves executive attention. I sincerely hope your intervention will lead to a prompt, fair, and professional resolution.

Did not pay for my trips
Beware they donot have office in USA and it is not based in here they didnot pay my two trips almost $800. Even for my friend the same still waiting from April 2026 for payment contacted them a lot they are based in Cyprus

I was a client of the company for many years and ordered transfers for my tourists. Now I’ve decided to become a driver. At first, the payment was within 2-3 months. Now I’ve been waiting for my money for more than 7 months. Technical support does not admit its mistakes, because of which both drivers and customers suffer. There is no payment. There was a great opportunity to work with them, as these services are popular. But the company doesn’t care about drivers and customers. I wrote to all departments - answer - wait, we’ll pay sometime.
