Gettransfer mention we can pay you through PayPal and Payoneer bank , for many us. Citizens racist Payoneer donot want to open account And now this get transfer Donot want to pay through PayPal . I have all the proof and email from Payoneer and get transfer , both are rolling the ball my big two trips almost $820 is pending since two months , my friend. Have almost $1600 pending since 4 months , this s not fair , you donot have any office or support team in USA. And you are doing a lot of business

Very disappointing experience with GetTransfer.
As a driver/partner, I completed work through this platform, but I have been waiting for months to receive my payment. I followed their instructions, including setting up the payment method they requested, but I still have not been paid.
What makes the situation worse is customer support. Every time I contact them, I receive what appears to be the same automated response, without a clear payment date or a real solution.
In my experience, drivers are expected to complete the work, but getting paid afterward can become extremely difficult. I strongly advise drivers to be very careful before accepting jobs through this platform and to fully understand how and when they will be paid.
A company that relies on drivers should communicate clearly and pay them on time.

I am a driver who completed multiple rides through GetTransfer, but more than $6,000 in earnings remains unpaid. Several payments are now over 50 working days late, even though the company’s agreement states payment may take up to 30 working days.

J’ai voulu tester sans faire de grandes courses au cas où ….ma première course a été payée pour nous mettre en confiance mais les 2 suivantes , aucuns règlements malgré relance par mail , ils jouent le mort. Une honte cette appli , mettez des commentaires négatifs sur appli clients et réseaux.

Eu já sabia que eles não pagavam. Mesmo assim acreditei que comigo seria diferente. Tem 6 meses que estão me devendo R$ 16 mil. Sim, você leu bem. Envio e-mail para eles e a resposta é sempre a mesma, pedem para eu esperar… Não seja besta como eu. Paguei para fazer esses transfers (gasolina, pedágios, manutenção, etc…) e agora estou devendo para o banco. Juntei todas as provas e vou falar com um advogado para ver o que fazer (difícil, empresa internacional em paraiso fiscal).
Uns dias após esta avaliação ruim, se comunicaram comigo falando o que sempre falam: que vão pagar e tal. Mas nada disso é verdade. Continua passando o tempo e não tem solução. Trabalhei horas e horas de graça para eles e ainda gastei em gasolina, pneus, várias revisões do carro, pedagio, etc.
Hoje estou descapitalizado e com dívidas por causa deles. Achei que era confiável como outros famosos aplicativos de transporte

Scam! Do not drive for them
This company is completely predatory and it’s a shame apple and google are still hosting their apps. They should immediately be removed from the App Store as they are exploiting drivers all around the world and never pay them. There are entire Facebook Groups and Reddit threads full of drivers who never get paid. Again DO NOT DRIVE for them they will withhold your funds and run you in circles for months on end. Many people have had to resort to trying to take them to court but that is difficult as their terms of service are also predatory and make that difficult.

I joined this app as a driver, but it's a scam. It seems they provide services to some third-party travel agency for booking rides. Passengers rarely book rides themselves, and the main problem is they don't pay the drivers. I lost over $200.

This company does not pay the drivers. They destroyed us financially. When you request for your earnings, you receive only automatic emails and months pass like this. There are thousands of drivers all over world scammed by this company. Do not work for them.

GetTransfer has been withholding my hard-earned money for over 5 months now. The total unpaid balance is $800.
I have completed all required rides professionally, but they refuse to process my payment. I have sent 5 to 6 emails to their support team, but I only receive generic, automated responses saying "it will be processed soon." Nothing changes, and no real update is ever provided.
This is completely unacceptable business behavior. I strongly advise drivers to think twice before working with this platform.
