They currently owe me $2,377.30 for completed rides, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, they continue to provide excuses instead of payment.

This app provides very little meaningful assistance to drivers when problems arise. The biggest issue is payment. You can complete trips, follow all the rules, and even meet the minimum $300 payment requirement, yet still be waiting for your money months later.
Drivers invest their own time, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and expenses upfront. Waiting 30 days is already difficult, but waiting three months or more for money that has already been earned is completely unacceptable.
GetTransfer needs to seriously improve its driver support and, most importantly, its payment system. Drivers deserve to be paid on time for the work they have completed. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend other drivers think carefully before relying on this platform.

1- If a customer arrives earlier than the scheduled pickup time, the driver should be allowed to adjust the pickup time accordingly.
2- There is no clear breakdown of earnings per trip, and completed trips are taking too long to update in the system.
3- Payments should be processed on a weekly basis to ensure timely compensation for drivers.

Absolute nightmare company! They have failed to pay me my hard-earned money for a long-distance transfer route that I completed over 5 months ago.
I delivered the service professionally, but GetTransfer has completely ignored my payouts and refuses to resolve the issue despite multiple follow-ups. Working for them means risking your time, gas, and vehicle wear without getting paid.
They owe me money and are withholding driver earnings without any valid reason. Save yourself the stress, gas money, and time—DO NOT work with or use GetTransfer. Complete breach of trust and extremely unprofessional!

Guys, please be very careful with this app. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from it.
I used this app in the past to make money, and everything was okay at the beginning. However, over the past six months, I completed work worth more than $2,500, and I still have not been paid.
I contacted their Finance team countless times. Every time, I received what appeared to be an automated/AI response saying that the payment would be processed within 30 days, but the payment never came.
On top of that, I was also incorrectly charged/credited due to an issue on their end. When I contacted them about that issue, I was told that I could not reverse it or go back and correct it.
I have spent a significant amount of time contacting them and following up, with no meaningful resolution.
Please do your own research before working with this company. I would not recommend putting your time or money at risk.

Scammers . Small business complaint site is free for every state
This is totally scam, when you want to leave review the app developer says contact with finance team but the truth is that I have contacted them sense March. There is nothing useful information rather than automated reply and wasting the time and effort. I have made complaint on them as well.
