Scammers . Small business complaint site is free for every state
This is totally scam, when you want to leave review the app developer says contact with finance team but the truth is that I have contacted them sense March. There is nothing useful information rather than automated reply and wasting the time and effort. I have made complaint on them as well.
If you want to do something about this company please go to your state small business complaint site and make a free complaint on them so that they take down their business in the united state and maybe we will get our money back

Drivers, please be careful with GetTransfer. I completed multiple rides and have not received any of my money. I have contacted them many times, but they keep delaying the payment instead of paying me. Very Disappointing Experience – Payment Still Not Received
I have been working with GetTransfer for about 2 months, and I am still waiting for approximately $1,800 that they owe me.
I contact support almost every day, but I keep getting different responses. Sometimes they say there is a system error, and other times I receive an automated AI reply that does not actually solve the problem.
They have a 30 working days payment plan, but it has already been around 2 months for me and I still have not received my money.
This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I worked for this money and I expect to be paid on time.
I would not recommend other drivers to use this platform until they fix their payment system and start paying drivers properly.

This app and the people behind this are thieves and stealing your time and money. They never pay you. Since months they are not paying my $4000. Some for all driver whom I know them, they never got paid.

My first trip with GetTransfer was on April 28, and my last trip was on May 8. I completed 5 trips totaling $1,785, and to this day, I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID A SINGLE DOLLAR.
Think about that: 5 completed trips, $1,785 earned, ZERO PAYMENT.
I have contacted their finance department more than 100 times by email. I have sent email after email trying to get a simple answer about when I will receive the money I already earned. Instead of actually solving the problem, I keep receiving the same generic copy-and-paste responses with absolutely no useful information and no real payment date.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful to drivers. We spend hours driving, putting miles on our vehicles, paying for gas, insurance, maintenance, and putting our time and effort into completing their bookings — and then we have to beg for money that we already earned.
I have never experienced something this frustrating with a transportation platform. If you are a driver considering working with GetTransfer, BE VERY CAREFUL. Don’t assume that completing the ride means you will actually get paid on time.
$1,785 is still unpaid. 5 trips completed. Over 100 emails sent. Still no real solution.

GetTransfer establece un plazo de pago de 30 días laborables, pero algunos de mis pagos ya llevan más de 60 días laborables de retraso después de haber vencido ese plazo.
Como conductor, uno cumple con las reservaciones, utiliza su propio vehículo, combustible y tiempo, pero después tiene que esperar durante meses y reclamar constantemente para recibir el dinero.
No recomiendo trabajar con GetTransfer mientras no solucionen seriamente sus problemas de pago.
Conductores: tengan mucho cuidado antes de aceptar viajes. Mi experiencia demuestra que pueden pasar meses sin recibir el dinero por servicios ya realizados.

It has been over six months that my payment has been pending with the company despite numerous emails informing them of the issue. Every time they respond that their team is working on it. You never get paid.

Drivers beware I’ve done three rides, nine months ago. I have not received my payment. It’s about $1000 in payments, every time I email this company they make up an excuse that they will pay me soon and it’s been nine months. Beware do not use this app.
