Bad med paging app - AMS
Worst medical paging app! Does not allow paste or copy. Dictation inside app is terrible. WISPRAI won’t work here.

I’m now able to see calls and messages from my lock screen, and only after facial recognition, which keeps everything secure still! Great addition 👌🏽
Unreliable
Not always reliable. This is a huge issue for an app that is used by medical professionals.
Always having to log completely in.

Time stamps
The recent update room time stamps off of the messages. It only shows the date not time. This is a huge issue for any time intervals or monitoring responses. It only lists time it it was today. Once you cross midnight it says yesterday or the date only. Please fix this

Search and archive features are terrible
Search feature does not work, meaning you have to scroll back through all messages. Needs a true delete option, not just archiving, so you can keep threads that are important and truly erase the rest.
Since latest update, if you are writing a reply when a new message comes through, what you have written is erased and you have to start over. Totally unusable

Too difficult to use
so much room for error with something that is so critical
No pager sounds on iPhone
It no longer plays pager sounds on iPhone even with my ringers turned up and the correct notification settings. I have to rely on the fleeting ping of my watch or our old school pagers.
Fails at its core function
Does not reliably alert you for new messages. Reported bugs don’t get fixed. UI glitches abound. Repeatedly told by hospital IT to “periodically reboot phone to make sure AMS keeps working”. I occasionally have to delete and re-install the app just to get it to notify me properly. Would never rely on it for mission critical notifications.

I turned all sound off to mute and the sound still goes off. Try to email support and it gives me an error code.
I want my beeper back.
Awful. They now made it so you have to re-login every 12 hours. Our health system has an onerous login process. No fun in the middle of the night.
Terrible product, bad company.
Settings are really confusing, it randomly logs you out of your account sometimes just a day after I last used it. Very frustrating product, and from looking at past reviews this has been going on for years with no improvements. This company doesn’t seem to care.

I do not know why my company uses this app. But I believe it is pure garbage. The fact that I cannot control the level of sound that the Lord does is beyond me.
