Doesn’t work don’t buy

I have a new iPhone 11, the free version works just fine, but when you pay the $9 for the full version, nothing happens! It stays stuck on their home screen. Do not buy!!

Not working on new IOS

When you click restaurants, there is a sliding bar to select price however nothing on the screen responds

Doesn’t work

I paid 8.99 for this app and now it doesn’t work. It stays in the home screen and I cannot access anything.

App doesn’t work. Paid the $9, nothing shows up, everything empty. No support anywhere. Don’t buy

Not enough content

I’m not sure what I’ve paid for? It’s a cool looking app, but as far as information/content it’s lacking. I could find the same amount, if not more information on a blog or article on Pinterest about Amsterdam. Am I missing something?

Hey camartin71, we are sad to realize you considered that our App hasn't enough content. We created our Amsterdam guide to allow you eat, drink and stay like a local in Amsterdam and that's why we feature 150 hotspots (in the paid version) curated by a local visual storyteller, which is probably the biggest selection you will find anywhere else. We want our users to avoid the tourist traps, thus anywhere you are in Amsterdam, you will find an amazing restaurant nearby using the App. We could have included many more spots, but sincerely we do not want to lower the level of curation. However, may be you were looking for another kind of information, something similar to what we have in our "Thinks to know" section. Your feedback motivates us to consider including more tips in that section, too. Thanks for your feedback!

Best Map App

I wanted an map app that was through the eyes of locals and this one stood out. The very first thing you see is a favorite to visit which is a big help versus having to find that through combing reviews. It also gives the average prices, which helps for planning and is generally just a beautiful, easy to use app! Worth the investment.

Perfect guide for out-of-town and locals alike

One highlight that many travelers will appreciate with this app is how fast and smooth its download goes. While you are out of your coverage area, your smartphone craves for data. Borrowing wifi access points is a hit or miss situation, therefore being able to quickly grab such a useful app on the go was just the beginning of a great experience with AMS - highly recommended, down-right top notch.

Beautifully Done

This is truly a beautifully designed app. I can't get over how appeasing to the eye it is, while still have full functionality. You can find hotels, restaurants, shops, activities, cafés, and more all in one beautifully designed placed. I am so happy I found this app! It made my trip to Amsterdam so much more enjoyable and easier to plan.

Useful and easy to use

This app is really fantastic. It's clean, clear and very informative.

I find it really useful, with lots of on hand information and even putting in details of currently, important numbers etc. Look forward to maybe more.

Fantastic!

I first came across coolmapp's when I was in Barcelona. I decided that I would give their Amsterdam one a shot as well since their Barcelona was so great. The Amsterdam one was just as great. Sleek layout, easy to navigate, perfect recommendations for restaurants and hotels. I'm hoping they come out with more cities!

Stylish design!

This is a great travel app! The design is stunning and very well planned out while remaining easy to use. If you're looking for anything from food to lodging to activities this is a great app for visiting Amsterdam!

Cool app!!

I was in Amsterdam for 2 nights and this amazing app has very useful information and lets you find everything you are looking for with ease. It's useful friendly, it's cleverly designed and very accurate. The fact it can be used offline is a big big plus

Best Amsterdam Guide

This app is amazing, I can find everything I need all in one place. Not only do I get suggestions of popular places, I can also view their hours and price ranges. For example, if I'm scrolling through Amsterdam cafes, I can see pictures of the location as well as when they open and their price range! I also love the fact that they include notorious Amsterdam shops, restaurants and the like -- not just any place off of the street, because that is what I am looking for whilst traveling, which is popular/well known places.
This guide is also beautifully curated; I feel like this app was tailored to me!

Highly suggest

I am a tourist who was seraching for nice Amsterdam's restaurants and place to enjoy Amsterdam's nightlife. The app was very helpful to locate my location and find the nice places for me. I really enjoyed foods and nighlifes at Amsterdam.

Very helpful guide

This app is awesome it shows you hotels in Amsterdam and also cool things to do in Amsterdam. It clear, it easy to navigate. This is a must have app. This guide literally helps with planning your trip and also has beautiful pictures.
