Hi, your information about the price of the app is incorrect. You can download the 2023 edition of the app for free, including 2 free categories (there are 25 categories in total, each with a top 10). I have designed the app this way so people can browse through the app before purchase. This way they can get an impression of what they are going to buy. Each year I release a new edition, as is customary for restaurant guides. As mentioned in the app store, the 2023 edition of the app requires a one-time in-app purchase of €11.99 (around $13). After purchase you get access to all content of the 2023 edition (250 recommendations) and my restaurant reviews. There are no older lists, but there are previous editions. The 2023 edition is the third edition of the guide. Obviously, I would recommend to purchase the most recent edition, this way you will get the most up-to-date information about food & drink in Amsterdam. Hopefully this clarifies things.
