Messaging app

Simple, easy to use.

Who cares about security and HIPPA

Password and passcode? What’s the difference? Why both? Just let me in so I can do my miserable job and call the worried well.

Terrible app

Apparently, I cannot give a zero star review. I am a doctor and my Answering service uses this app. It is terrible! I do not recommend it. I have missed multiple pages at night because the app frequently does not make sounds when pages are received.

Villain Arc

If you are looking to begin your villain arc, look no further. Imagine sleeping peacefully and being woken up by not one, or two, or three, or four, but five simultaneous pages for the same event over the course of 15 seconds. I have absolutely no idea how they managed to code such inefficiency, but that is pretty remarkable in itself. The OG Spōk paging never had this issue so perhaps the developers could reach out to them for a fix.

Joke

Literally the most useless app for any healthcare system to use. Constantly crashes and compromises patient care. C’mon hospital admin you can do better

Notification banner issue

The app works ok except for one little annoying feature. Alert is a pleasant tone and way better than a classic pager beeping noise. The Lock Screen notification doesn’t clear, even after deleting a message/page. The Lock Screen banner also cannot be deleted at will. It just remains there long after 👎 Please fix this

No Stars.

Horrible application with unreliable performance and excessive bugs. I would not recommend to
any health system for urgent applications.

The app works well.

They have a good support team.

Avoid

Why anybody want an App like this which is slow and you CANNOT forward more than one message at a time? Do better!!!!

Pick me if you like slow

We are a large group, 70+ physicians — whichever nutbag in my practice trialed and approved this App should be suspended. Impossibly slow, can’t forward more than one message at time so need to spend 20 mins just sending people the consults that came in over night. If you still play Atari then you will feel right at home

Absolutely terrible

Shows me numbers instead of pictures. Crashes 100 times a day. Last update was two months ago. Will not work with iOS 18 just a horrible design in general and we use this app for medical information!!!!

Worst pager ever

Please do not consider this messenger. It hardly ever works, constantly has problems.

No link to Doximity dialer

How does this not have basic capabilities like ability to export the number to a dialer app like Doximity to shield my number???

Worst paging platform ever

Save your money. This platform is unreliable. It’s only for institutions that don’t realize that they lose money when patient care is adversely affected despite the money savings of purchasing this paging platform over others.

Terrible app

After the update a few months ago, the app constantly glitches whenever you go back to your main messages. The user interface is much improved, but the functionality has decreased significantly. Please fix it.

Broken by update

Recent update that included UI overhaul broke the app. Months of autocorrect going haywire and having to fully close app after every use because it never reloads from background. Please fix.

Horrible app and customer service

This “on-call” software doesn’t have customer support on the weekend , this is unacceptable given that I’m receiving patient calls on the weekend and have no way of accessing them through the app and have no customer support to rectify the issue. The website password reset and support contact goes to a broken link. Go with a different platform

Recent update, causing problems

The recent app update no longer allows the copying of a phone number. This is led to me in advertently calling patients directly from my own phone number, without using proper masking. This exposes my personal contact information. Now I need a pad and paper to write the number down and re-enter into Doximity to make the phone call. Pain in the butt and unnecessary.

Buggy

Does not open on Apple Watch. Very glitchy typing experience, will duplicate words when you try typing.

Needs bug fixes asap

Developers recently made cosmetic update but now app takes longer to load and I cannot get back to full inbox from a message chain without app glitching and having to close and reopen app. App tries to auto-predict while typing which adds in letters and words which could easily cause message to be incomprehensible, or worse, convey the wrong message and cause patient harm.
