App stopped working
The app is suddenly not working, and I had coupons for free sandwiches, fries, and $4 credit. No way to contact them. Lost a customer
Save my favorite order
I think the app is very convenient. I especially like that I can save my favorite order for ease of ordering. I just wish it was possible to use gift cards for payment on the app.

Friyay Promo does not work
The free fries promotion is a scam. I tried repeatedly to redeem my reward and it did not work.

If you are a regular customer at Amy’s (like me) you will love the convenience of using their app. I can save my favorite options for quick ordering. Also you get points every time you use it which means more delicious Amy’s food for FREE!

Love the Place and the App
Best vegan/vegetarian drive through food in the world. Everything is delicious (I have tried almost everything on the menu). The staff at the restaurants are all very friendly and professional.
The app works perfectly for online orders. And has a nice save your order as a favorite for the future. It could use a refresh visually but not necessarily at all.

Current version is crashing instantly
Currently unusable. Previous versions were fine.
Airport location not listed in app
Downloaded for ordering from airport location however app doesn’t include that. It doesn’t list it in locations as well as searching by zip doesn’t list it. At minimum they should list and indicate online ordering not available for the location so that users don’t waste time trying to figure out what’s wrong with their search.

Can’t even open the menu
App shuts down as soon as I click “order” can’t log in despite many, many, many tries and password resets.
Great food Great service
Have enjoyed this for awhile. App very easy to navigate and saves payment info. Offers some modified choices for items. Best milkshake hands down!!

Rejected two valid credit cards. Not the best UI/UX. Makes we not want to order from Amy’s
Room for improvement
I feel like the rewards section isn’t great. I eat here A LOT, multiple times a week, and I rarely see any dollars off - maybe once. And the alleged free fried promo I had awhile back would not work no matter what I tried. It works now, but my main gripe is the fact that you can’t save your vehicle description under your profile! I use the app to pickup since I’m in a rush on my lunch break at work (drive thru lines can be long) and I have to type in my vehicle’s color, make and model every time! Please improve! :)

I am so thrilled to have Amy’s nearby! For vegheads fast-food is mediocre at best. Amy’s changed that and I am so grateful! I haven’t quite tried everything on the menu, but everything I’ve tried has been delicious 🙂
Scrumptious food, but the app needs a complete overhaul!
I love the organic food that Amy’s Drive Thru offers. All of their menu items are scrumptious especially the veggie burgers, sweet potato fries and the broccoli cheddar mac n’ cheese!
The app is terrible though. Limited functionality with vague redemption of rewards. Free fries means free fries right? …so if I decide to choose cheese fries or sweet potato fries… honor your free fries reward!! There’s no clear explanation on the rewards system, not even in the FAQs.
Staff members are also clueless about the point rewards app too. I think Amy’s should fire the app developer and rethink their strategy with regards to developing an intuitive, easy app that fits well with their simple, good organic food ethos.

Wrong Orders, No Curbside
Five stars for the food but 1 star for the app and online order-pickup system. The app works fine and would be my preferred way to order and get my food if it actually worked as intended. Here are the problems I have encountered using the app ordering: there is no curbside pick up, there are parking spaces designated for online order curbside pickup and it instructs you to “click I’m here” but that feature doesn’t exist in the app. If you call they tell you to come inside to pick it up. The staff are both surprised and confused at the online orders. Both times we tried it our order was missing items and had the wrong items. This doesn’t happen using the drive thru, it seems to be because online orders are outside the normal workflow and no one is checking that the orders are correct before handing it off. It’s too bad because it is very convenient to use and avoids the drive thru waits. I want to try it again but it is a big risk and I’ll have to take apart everything to make sure it is correct before leaving and most likely will have to go back inside to get it corrected. A lot of hassle and confrontation for something that is supposed to be fast and easy. My request is to fix the app, make it actually curbside and train the staff or hire more staff to ensure the online orders are filled correctly.

Consistently waiting over 15 minuets after the time order time given
Not sure why there is even a curbside pick up feature when the people in the drive through line get their food faster.
