New Flavors Never Accurate
I think this app works well enough if you’re ordering a flavor the store usually has. However, if you’re like me and love to order the new seasonal flavors (right now) you’re out of luck. Rarely are the seasonal/fruit flavors updated. I have had at least 5 orders refunded to me because the store didn’t have the flavor. I tried ordering pineapple mint fruit ice at two stores, both returned my money. Another order was refunded to me 2 weeks ago and the 6th street store has still not taken blood orange fruit ice off their menu. These apps are as useful as the accurate information in them. Can someone please tell their stores to update these at least daily, as most restaurants do?

Really bad app
The app never stopped trying to refresh at checkout. I gave up and ordered Tiffs instead. Sad, because Amy’s ice cream sounded amazing.
Text confirmation codes for ice cream? Seriously?
It makes you get a 4 digit codes to enter to verify your identity I guess. Once ordering they send a text saying it will be 20 minutes. Then you’re like “oh, that’s why I gave my number, ok, I’ll hang outside until they text me again.” Then you see everyone else who was in line has their order and go up and ask and they give you your order that’s ready from the freezer. If you get hot fudge, you are incorrect to think it will be hot. It literally comes from a freezer.
Oh, and once you open the bag you’ll realize apparently you have to explicitly request a spoon.

Why no Apple Pay?
App was pretty simple to order ice creams from outside the store during the Coronavirus pandemic. One thing I don’t like is that the app required me to add a credit card for payment. It should support Apple Pay like I can use inside the store.

Order from 3rd party or pick-up
I ordered an in-app purchase as a test run for my friend's surprise!-birthday-cake-delivery-when-you-open-the-door. Glad I did, because if I used the app, we'd never get his birthday cake in time!
Never got my first purchase discount. Delivery took forever because they only hire one driver for the whole city. Tip option is funky (does it work?). Phone number is only available to call during office hours, even though deliveries run later. No review comment options available on the app (why Ireland?)
