Worst experience with Anand
Worst experience with the Anand Group bus service.
The bus was 30 minutes late, and after boarding, we were informed that we would have to change the bus after dinner. During the shifting, the staff simply left all the luggage in the old bus and asked passengers to carry their bags themselves and load them onto the new bus.
The changed bus stopped near Kolhapur for 30 minutes due to a FASTag issue. Again, at Vashi, while getting down, they started demanding extra charges for the luggage.
Hygiene standards are the worst—they don’t even change the bedspreads, and overall cleanliness is very poor.
Humble request: Please avoid traveling in this bus service.

"Avoid Anand Travels at all costs! 🚫 I recently traveled from Gadag to Pune on bus MH-04-LY-4436, seat 24. The experience was appalling. The beds were dirty, uncleaned, and infested with cockroaches. When I asked the conductor to clean my seat, I was met with unreasonable responses. Cockroaches crawled all over my bags. Unbelievable service. Would not recommend Anand Travels to anyone. 😡"

Very poor service only hype
I traveled for two times in a week in this bus two time experience was bakwas and not panctual about time driver was very arrogant both time time given was jot correct staff behaviour also bery chief and abusing bus only showing luxury bus but pillow and blanket was not washed since two months and curtains was very dirty and ligjt not working very bad bus service ever i had traveled

Not satisfying
Bus was late and than changed the bus in middle of the journey they have dropped on selected dropping point another thing the hostel was not good enough for dinner and very poor service, bad experience
