Poor performance
Unable to login most of the time and poor performance
Application is not bug free
Inspite of 4 years maturity AR app is yet to mature . Lot of issues which time and again have been communicated but seems it falls into deaf ears . Thinking of migrating to some other Service Provider if this last more . IT Teams response is either lacking or the management has a “chalta he “ attitude .

App is a Disaster - Avoid!
This app is a complete mess. The NAV updates are consistently delayed, often by hours or even days. This makes it impossible to track your investments accurately and understand your real-time performance.
The app itself is incredibly slow and unresponsive. Navigating between screens is a frustratingly slow experience.
To top it off, the displayed values for my investments and returns are frequently inaccurate. I've noticed discrepancies that significantly impact my understanding of my portfolio's health.
I strongly advise against using this app. It's unreliable and causes unnecessary stress and confusion for investors.

Can’t log in
This new app is behaving very strange. I have been a client for months. This new app doesn’t allow me to login. No response from Customer care also

Its been a month since I tried to login into app. But I am unsuccessful in somany times. Even though continual reset but its not considering my credentials.
Display not perfect
Not able to click on top right and top left corner buttons, because it’s overlapping on time and battery icon. Please resolve the issue so i can use this app and view my portfolio correctly.

Pathetic App- not working for MF customers for many months now
Very poor app. It is not working for MF customers for many months now. You try log in and the message display would be - the app will work soon. Pathetic for both the developer and Anand Rathi. Complained on AR customer care number and they say it is working, someone will call. Never seen such a poor app in today’s technology world.

Application crashing continuously
After installing new version of app as suggested by customer support now i am not able to login at all. After entering my credential it popup message saying you will be able login in app shortly. But that shortly never finishes. Getting this message from last 1 month. Customer support is of no use they could not resolve my issue even after sending mail for more 5 times.

App is Not Working from past 3 months
I am trying to login so many times it’s says your “Invalid Client Code or Password”. Even I tried to forget password also. But they again some errors are there “Something went wrong please try again later”.
