Frustrating & Unreliable Experience
Initially, it was very confusing to create a new portfolio the process was not at all user-friendly. After struggling for a while, I managed to get it set up. But now, for the past two weeks, every time I try to log in to make a purchase or do anything, the app just shows a “Forbidden” message. This makes the app completely unusable. For something as important as managing mutual fund investments, reliability should be the top priority, and unfortunately, this app has failed on that front.

SIP not being debited
Lodged complaint number of tomes with the Customer Care of both fund house and the bank. None could resolve the same!!
Unable to add nominee
Unable to add nominee. Submitted all the details but still it is showing as “unexpected error occurred “
Insufficient Portfolio Details
I started my investment with one of your Funds only recently. I am writing this review not on Fund Performance but on your Application Performance. The portfolio details don’t have sufficient information like Current NAV, Transaction History, etc. when I compare the same with the AMC Mirae Asset Mutual Funds Portfolio. With Thanks//
