Frustrating & Unreliable Experience
Initially, it was very confusing to create a new portfolio the process was not at all user-friendly. After struggling for a while, I managed to get it set up. But now, for the past two weeks, every time I try to log in to make a purchase or do anything, the app just shows a “Forbidden” message. This makes the app completely unusable. For something as important as managing mutual fund investments, reliability should be the top priority, and unfortunately, this app has failed on that front.

SIP not being debited
Lodged complaint number of tomes with the Customer Care of both fund house and the bank. None could resolve the same!!
Unable to add nominee
Unable to add nominee. Submitted all the details but still it is showing as “unexpected error occurred “
Insufficient Portfolio Details
I started my investment with one of your Funds only recently. I am writing this review not on Fund Performance but on your Application Performance. The portfolio details don’t have sufficient information like Current NAV, Transaction History, etc. when I compare the same with the AMC Mirae Asset Mutual Funds Portfolio. With Thanks//

Very Worst in the MF industry. When ever I wish to transact so many errors/ try after 15 mins…… I tried last 4-5 month I could not transact SIP with top up .

App not working from outside India.
The app does not work for NRI customers which is pathetic and painful for existing customers who have moved to outside India and still want to continue investing.
UI good- but Not functional
While the application UI looks good, have few issues with its functioning 1. Not able to create portfolio always keeps giving error ‘portfolio creation failed’ no reasons mentioned. 2. Every time I have to enter all the details again like my personal details, bank details, nominee information etc (this should be saved in your system) before eventually it fails due to error above. 3. Without the portfolio I am not able to buy any funds, I understand portfolio is mandatory but then if there is no workaround it you are loosing investor’s interest in investing with you.
