This may be the most antiquated and broken user experience I’ve encountered as compared to my other financial institutions. Absolutely awful! Desktop experience is even worse.
Getting in to my account
Getting in to my account is a nightmare on line! A password should be sufficient. There are too many steps to follow! It is redundant. All other things about ANBT are wonderful. The people are great!

Issues with the app now
Ever since the update the app has not been updating the payments like it use too, it use to take out the payments seconds after they've been made now its taking a full day maybe even longer

I love American Natl bank . They helped me at a time when I was in need, when my “ big” bank (B of A), who was my bank for years, would not. That was about 12 years ago and I’ve never regretted walking thru this door. I recommend you all the time. Thank you.
Doesn’t work
It simply doesn’t work anymore. Tried every update they come out with, and my login just doesn’t work on the app. Can always log into the website just fine.
