Five County / Ancorum is getting worse

The app works most of the time. They did a redesign recently that made it slower and removed information that is consumer friendly. On the old version I could see how much interest had accrued since my last payment on a loan, and they removed that. More importantly they removed YTD/total interest paid on a loan.

App is almost useless

I can only check my balance. If I click anything, it logs me out. It has been like this since I got it. I miss the Five County App and card. The switch to Ancorum has been disappointing.

Constant Locking Out Of Account

At least twice a month I have to go to the branch and have them override an unnecessary “restriction” on my account. It’s the worst app I’ve ever used for any banking, and it’s not at all user friendly. Not worth it, and neither is the credit union. What an absolute mess and joke.
