We're seeing this "No face in the image" error pop up on some devices — it's not supposed to happen when you're photographing a space you want to redesign. Can you reach out to hello@nextdio.com with your device model and a photo of what you're trying to capture? We'll dig into this and get it fixed.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback! We understand the frustration. Unfortunately, each AI generation costs us real money to run, which is why we can't offer free previews like traditional apps. We do offer a refund-friendly policy through the App Store if you're not satisfied within the refund window. We hope you'll give us another chance! 🙏
