How many people are going to complain about your log in before you do something? Constant “dismiss” message but no other option to get into my account. Can’t find “forgot password “ option. Nothing. I just created a new email, signed up for $3.99 per month. Payment was taken, I was never asked for a password, so none was created. Now it wants me to sign in..”DISMISS “

Can’t change username and password
Unfortunately I forgot both my username and password and there is nowhere to go on the app to do this, hence I am paying for an app I cannot use. I’d really like to fix this so I can use my app that I’m paying for every month!!!
Can’t Log In
I’ve paid the subscription but wasn’t asked for log-in info. Now the app is requesting that and nothing I enter allows me to view content!!! Pleeeeeease help! I love LT and AWK!

I love AndWeKnow - I’ve purchased this app, but I CAN’T LOG IN. Possibly I messed up my user name ? HELP ! I really don’t know who should I contact to help me to reset my account ?
Frustrating login
I love andweknw but I can’t seem to login after paying for a yearly subscription for the app. I have now cancelled since I can’t seem to log in. I can’t stand poorly created apps that get you stuck in a login loop. Sorry LT I really wanted to support your cause.
