Hi there, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern — I completely understand how confusing unexpected charges can feel. After checking our system, I can confirm that our app does not and cannot charge users without an active confirmation through the App Store. All payments are processed directly by Apple, not by us. A few important notes: 1. You cannot be charged unless you manually confirm a subscription with your Apple ID (Face ID / Touch ID / password). 2. You can review and cancel any active subscriptions at: Settings → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Best regards
