Best bank I’ve ever banked with!!!
Headache
It won’t let me update or use the app now this sucks
So happy I changed banks
I was with a big bank for many years and recently they treated me like they didn’t know me so I got tired of it. I even worked for one of them at one time and was dumped with over 100 other people when they merged. The small banks get gobbled up by bigger banks over and over again until you don’t matter to them. I’m very pleased with Anderson Brothers’ performance and the employees that I’ve dealt with.

Hate this bank
Moving from here soon. So now i can’t even use my bank app AT ALL because i have to update the app and my phone. Knowing that Apple has issues themselves and storage issues i can’t even update my phone right now due to storage and have cleared so much i don’t know when I’ll be able to. Not to mention the way ABB is ran. I and a few locals notice the same issues with bank,pay date,atm issues all the times. Never money in the atms. I can go on but this just adds to the reasons I’m leaving

Functions badly
The app has lot loaded new information for me for 4 weeks. My current balance has not updated, nor has any transaction been recorded or updated. I deleted the app and tried to log in and it constantly gives the message ”Connection error, something went wrong on our end.” Nothing about the app works anymore. I have updated it, deleted it, restarted my phone; and now I can’t even log in.

Customer service
I live in Socastee so I go to the Market Commons branch. I have banked with other banks before, but this branch that I go to every time I walk in they always ask me. How am I doing and how can they help? They always have everything you need when you need it for your baking experience, always eager to help with smiles on their face not to mention how patient they have been with me when I go through the drive-through and accidentally drive off with the capsule thingy, you guys are awesome thank you for all that you do.

App crashed
I shouldn’t have to update my IPhone because the ABB application is no good. Haven’t been able to get on my app for days now. First it said I have to update to ios 17 and today it said ios 18. Not doing it. I will change banks first.

Love this bank. Mobile deposit is now requiring to write for mobile deposit only when endorsing. I did not receive a notice about this. That is the only thing negative and not a big deal just didn’t know until I deposited check
