Great Pizza, terrible app
The new app does not allow order tracking until a driver is assigned but a driver is never assigned so you have no clue when your order will arrive. Also, on entering my address, the app has bypassed my nearest Andiccio’s and will not allow me to choose the one closest to me since it doesn’t appear on the menu supplied. Still lots to fix to make it better I’m afraid.

New app is appalling
I’m a loooong time devoted customer and I love andiccio pizzas. I used their old app all the time and it was great. I never ever rate apps but the “updated” version is literally so dreadful I can’t help but do so. I cannot believe they wasted time and money on this, it’s so bad I don’t order as often anymore which is sad. I hope they fix it soon, or whomever developed it should. Free cause it’s truly terrible!

This App is truly shocking, nothing works and if it does it’s slow. And the new layout and look is horrible, looks like it was designed by someone with no class or taste, really bad

No Tracking
Horrible App. Don‘t get a reference number when Ordering and can‘t Track delivery.
App much improved
Struggled previously with this app but it worked perfectly last night (Rondebosch, CT). Pizzas arrived fast, before tracking estimate, and were piping hot. Tasty and well priced.

I’ve been using this to order but now I can’t seem to login any more - won’t let me paste a username and password. Doesn’t have any or the usual prompts like next field etc etc. I like Andiccio, but if I can’t login, I’ll order somewhere else

Twice as nice
After just one order form this app, it is safe to say I will not be ordering from it again. Two delivery guys came in at the same time to deliver the same pizza ordered from the same restaurant from the app.
Horrible app
The worst app ever created. Poor user experience and interface. Have add my store preference before sign in details. Doesn’t keep history of store preference. Pricing is high than store menu. This app was designed by an amateur.

An unusable waste of time and effort
In 2022 I still have to specify which store is closest to me, after I’ve already given the app my address and location. Even then I can’t order because the app won’t letting me just pick a location. It’s an almost comically unusable app, with a really bad user interface.
Not up to scratch at all!
Order process went fairly smooth but the failure is in the fulfillment. Rather use other 3rd party apps to get deliveries from them.
