App gets worse every week
I’ve been using this app for quite some time, but they need to fire their website developer. I shop using my iPad and every time I try to search, the app crashes and freezes my iPad. It’s becoming harder and harder to just shop for groceries as the app keeps pushing recipes and other stuff. While shopping, it has always occasionally skipped ahead whole sections. If you want my business, you need to make your website work better on mobile devices. I’ve never tried using it on a full desktop.

Easy Shopping
I love that the app changed to select a weight for produce. That has made shopping so much easier! They always give me the right items and the drive up option is fast & convenient.

You can use the app to find discounts, “clip” coupons and convert your points to cash at checkout. I saved over $12 on a recent trip to Andronico’s.

They got a good app but it never works when I’m actually in the store

Can’t access store employee link to activate monthly associate discount. Live Agent is slow to respond. Employee Member page is absent. 4 Stars
Great App Works as Desceibed
There is not much to review here except I can say that it works as described. Many good discounts which always work at the checkout stand as long as you enter your number. The app never froze or crashed. A+

Don’t make us download multiple apps!
I used to be able to use the Safeway app to shop at Andronicos, Vons, Safeway, etc. Now anytime I go to any of these places the app makes me download some new junk that does exactly the same thing. Enough of the clutter! I DON’T WANT FIVE CRIPPLED APPS INSTEAD OF A SINGLE ONE THAT WORKS.
Now I just try to avoid Albertsons, Safeway, Vons, Andronicos altogether and go ANYWHERE else.

Unable to use
States Account phone number used in store but is not the number I used for years at Safeway and also at andronico’s since opening Locally. Unable to correct account. Therefore unable to score rewards now that andronico’s is in my neighborhood. Please fix and allow the change to benefit.

What a hassle
Inability to add items on list to cart. Will not accept phone number to account that I’ve used for years at Safeway before Andronico’s came to my neighborhood. A waste of time. Deleting.
