This app was great until it wasn’t. It’s been worthless for years. A few years ago it wanted me to sign in but it didn’t recognize my password. I followed the prompt to reset it but I never received the email. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Multiple times over the years. It said there’s already an account and to sign in with that. Round and round it goes. I was encouraged to try again recently because they have a new and improved app. Same thing. I tried to send a message via app support years ago but not sure it went through. I keep getting emails saying I get rewards for updating the app but it won’t let me so I can’t take advantage of the offers. I’m starting to think it’s intentional so I’ll get a craving and go buy something but they don’t have to make good on their offer. Feels very scammy. I’m going to Dairy Queen from now on.

Peach concrete
I was so excited that peach concrete is back. When I started there was no peach flavor and I finally found peach pieces in the bottom of the bottom. They were so frozen there was no taste. I will definitely stick to the strawberries.

Bad customer service. Got my usual concrete small butter pecan. Took one look at it and told girl who gave it to me to please add more pecans. She said they went to the middle. It was all icecream! She literally would not do it today is not birthday even. Will find a new location who does it right and listens to the customer who knows!!!

Great custard bad app…
1) You can’t even order ahead which I’m kinda okay with because the order is finished in seconds from paying. But if I’m getting middle-of-the-road service, I at least expect to have some sort of advantage with having an app.
2) I guess the system is slow because a handful of minutes after signing up, I went to the window to order my custard and when I gave my number it didn’t pull up my profile. Further, they forgot to give me my receipt so now I just lost like $15 worth of points.
Idk if I’m gonna keep the app. Seems pointless if I’m only going to use it when I have a sweet impulse.

I went to Andy’s and got icecream and saw that if you get the app, after your first visit, the next visit, you get free small concrete, I was going to go today but never pop up on rewards on the Andy’s app, and I always saw it before
