Free tea
App says free tea expired today. Spent $18 and cashier said free tea wouldn’t ring up under my phone #. Couldn’t scan QR code because register was down. Cashier said it’s only on Tuesdays. Why put that it expired today then?

Worst value for rewards
The existence of the ‘points’ is more insulting than if they did not exist at all. $2 per point. And the bonus points never work. Spent $6 on a small seasonal concrete that should qualify for double points, only got 3. And to redeem anything you have to have 50 points, aka $100 spent. I have never seen a rewards system that stingy. McDonald’s, and Dunkin starts at $15, Taco Bell starts at $25, Nothing Bundt Cakes starts at $30. Andy’s requires you to spend $100 for a $5 reward.

Prices?
There’s a social function.. merch.. store locator.. but no prices for any locations for any items anywhere. I have to call to the location and have them tell me each item and side. Or I have to physically go there to check in person.
No access
This app was great until it wasn’t. It’s been worthless for years. A few years ago it wanted me to sign in but it didn’t recognize my password. I followed the prompt to reset it but I never received the email. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Multiple times over the years. It said there’s already an account and to sign in with that. Round and round it goes. I was encouraged to try again recently because they have a new and improved app. Same thing. I tried to send a message via app support years ago but not sure it went through. I keep getting emails saying I get rewards for updating the app but it won’t let me so I can’t take advantage of the offers. I’m starting to think it’s intentional so I’ll get a craving and go buy something but they don’t have to make good on their offer. Feels very scammy. I’m going to Dairy Queen from now on.

Peach concrete
I was so excited that peach concrete is back. When I started there was no peach flavor and I finally found peach pieces in the bottom of the bottom. They were so frozen there was no taste. I will definitely stick to the strawberries.
