Custard is great. App not so much
We used to always use the app. Stopped by at least a couple of times a months. Now, the app is such an issue we go somewhere else. It is extremely frustrating to use since it was updated. Actually, impossible.
New rewards program isn’t good
App has been updated recently and previous rewards didn’t carry over. Any new rewards require you to use them quickly or they also expire. Can’t order on the app. Not a good program.

Dessert is great, but we were handed the boot daddies without any lids which didn’t last a second in this Texas heat. I had to ask for lids and was given the flat lids at first then thankfully the young lady said she’d cover them for us and ended up using the dome lids. They should have already come with comb lids. Other than that it was good service.
