After update app doesnt seems to work properly. Been working really slow premium changes are not showing on time working really slow. Plz fix it

I’ve consistently experienced issues with Angel One. Whenever I report a problem, the response is usually that there was a technical glitch. Unfortunately, these issues have resulted in losses that outweighed my profits, which has been very frustrating.
These repeated problems have completely eroded my trust in the platform. I’m highly disappointed with the overall experience and have decided to stop using this app. My family and I are moving to another trading platform.

MCX Trade Loss Due to App Glitch & No Support
Worst trading experience ever with [Angel One]I was trading in MCX and during a crucial moment, the app completely glitched. The price was frozen and not moving at all, because of which I was unable to exit my trade on time and suffered losses.
Even after providing proper proof including screenshots, trade details, and confirming that my internet/network was working perfectly fine, their support team kept blaming my network instead of accepting the technical issue from their side.
A trading app should be reliable during live market hours, especially in volatile segments like MCX. When the platform fails and users lose money because of it, the least expected is proper accountability and support. Very disappointing experience with both the app performance and customer service.

⭐ 1/5 — Login Is Broken After Recent Updates
The app has noticeably slowed down over the last few updates, but the biggest issue is the login screen. When the app prompts for Face ID, it scans your face fine — but then just sits there loading endlessly and never actually opens the app. Switching to PIN instead doesn’t help either; it still freezes on the loading screen and takes an extremely long time to get through.
Getting into the app now requires multiple attempts every single time, and I often have to force-close it 4–5 times before it finally lets me in. This is not a one-off glitch — it happens consistently every time I open the app.
A trading app where you can’t reliably log in is a serious problem. Please fix the authentication flow urgently — this is a basic function that should work every time, without fail.

Not user friendly
They tried very hard to make something good but they miserably failed to do it. May be they should look into international apps like Robinhood and learn something.

Angel one में रेफरल कोड “NXTQ” डाले और ट्रेड करने पर ₹500 पाये। I wrote first time in life any review on App Store about what I felt about angel just 3-4 days ago. And today I got call from angel team, the person asked me how's my trading going on? I replied it was never good and now this week I got problem with my position and about it's automatic squareoff. So this guy from angel team, he started " why don't you buy angel platinum service (as I am very fool and I can't do basic trading). I heard him very carefully and then I tried to ask my doubt and tried to give my feedback about what changes should angel team think about. So instead of accepting the feedback he said " you are not able to understand me, I will transfer you to customer service but tell me first you wanna buy platinum service". And he sounded very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I was like seriously dude. I am already fed up with your app crash and stupid rules and you want me to pay for platinum service. So as per my experience with angel so far. Please stay away from this app. And team angel, I never expected such kind of customer service at all. Better close your company and stop looting small investors.

App Server and Performance Issues
I request each one of you please not to install or use the Angel One App. I have proofs of many incidents that the app has an issue while “Exit” ing and if you talk to you representative about the concern this is the response- “sorry mam our app had some server error” - it is easy for anyone to say sorry but what about the person who was in good profit got shifted to huge loss with seconds - the app didn’t allow me to exit (and you are saying a sorry).Got to experience the same error several times before and it’s high now that I closed my account with Angel One Broking. When I joined Angel One, there were no charges for long-term investments, and there was no brokerage fee for long-term investments. However, day by day, they have been increasing their charges, including service charges, brokerage charges, and many other small charges that we are not even aware of.
