I only got like 4 pictures to take and Thay weren’t even acutely identify the prints it is stupid

Response from developer

Sorry about this. The latest update improves free scans and recognition, so it should work much better now.

Awful!!

Absolutely horrible. Sorry I spent the money. Gave it very obvious bobcat tracks, and it came back with only 46% reliability. Inputted other perfectly clear prints, and it came back saying it didn’t recognize the print. Wow, what a waste of money.

Response from developer

Sorry for the bad experience. The latest update fixes the recognition issue and should be much more accurate.

Disappointed

This app doesn’t work. I took lots of photos of clear tracks with it and it rarely gets the IDs even close to the species. It said bobcat was wild turkey, raccoon was wild boar, and domestic cat as dog. I hope the app can be improved. I think I would enjoy using it if it can be fixed…

Response from developer

Thanks for the honest feedback. Sorry it worked so poorly. The latest update improves recognition and should give much better results.

Are you kidding?

I bought this a few moments ago to identify what are clear tracks in the dust of what are likely from a very large raccoon. First response: “There are no tracks in this image”. Second response: “wild hog”.
Laughably bad.

Response from developer

You were right to be frustrated. Sorry about that. The latest update fixes this and should work much better now.

Wrong every time

This app is a joke. I’ve been identifying animal prints for 25 years. I thought this app would help me fine tune my identifications. It identifies black bear tracks as cougar, bobcat tracks as wolf, the only one it got right so far is domestic dog. It identifies a feline track as white tailed deer. I wish I hadn’t purchased the yearly subscription. Can I please have a refund. This is a joke

You were right, and I’m sorry. The latest update improves recognition and should make the app much more reliable.

Good but…

It’s a nice app but not 100% accurate, took a picture of tracks that had 4 toes and a claws and it said it was 90% deer tracks lol

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback. That result was not good. The latest update improves recognition and should be much more accurate now.

Pleasantly surprised

I was not very hopeful that this app could identify a light track in the snow but did so. Apparently our house cat has an admirer that checks her out through a window.
