cancel option not working
Super frustrating- got a free trial but decided I didn't want to continue. The option to cancel the app did not work so I sent an email to support saying I wanted to cancel but now I've been charged for a full years subscription. I've sent an email requesting refund and cancellation... we'll see what happens.

Cancelled free trial immediately. Tried identifying a frog…asked a waiter and found out they were Bull Frogs. App said first a cow, then an owl, then day later trying a crow.

This app costs $40 it’s not free and waste of time and of a download hate the “free” apps that cost more than a coffee run lol
Confidently wrong
This doesn’t seem to be working from a data bank of actual sounds. It seems to be basing its answers on a data bank of sound descriptions. For example, last night there were some calls from something on top of a telegraph pole, possibly sitting on the power lines 18-20 feet above the ground. The App said that based on the high-pitched call, it was…(drum roll)…..a guinea pig!
