This app works as intended and is the best identification app out there.
Didn’t Help
I downloaded the trial version to try to identify a peeping noise in the backyard. Instead the app kept identifying nearby traffic noise as a Southern Leopard Frog. If I was REALLY into identifying frog sounds I could see paying a ONE-TIME charge of $2.99 for the app, but $2.99 a month forever for an app that didn’t work for me? No thanks.

Didn’t work
Account setup was clunky. Got it to work, but then it errored on my first frog identification. My phone is the latest with all updates. I don’t think there’s a way to have the app reference a recording already taken. .
A good start
Identifies species fairly reliably. The A.I. will continue to learn and only get better I'm sure. The educational resources are handy too. My boy's loved giving this a try. It's practically impossible to sneak up on some species to see what type of frog they are, and being able to use the calls is genius!
