DOESN'T EVEN WORK!

Paid for the pro subscirption and it doesn't even register. keeps freezing. it's not my computer or OS.

can't even use the software and you took my money. Absolute trash.

Back to Premiere Pro it is I guess.

Does not work

Drag and Drop does not work; import video fails. Useless, waste of my time to download and try this app.

Subscribed, and can't even use it.

Stuck in an endless loop of the app asking me to upgrade to pro, and when I try, it says you're already subscribed. It won't let me transcribe anything..

or it just freezes entirely.

Restoring Description Error Continues

So a few weeks ago it would not allow me to caption videos without the watermark even though I have a paid subscription. I attempted to ‘restore subscription’ repeatedly and it did not work. Finally, after deciding to rant about it on a FB I got a message saying it was being worked on. Within 2-3 days it was working again. I replied I was overjoyed and got back to work. Yesterday, the same “restoring subscription’ message return. Once this month’s subscription is finished I’m cancelling. In fact, going to make content to suggest the same.
