Paid for the pro subscirption and it doesn't even register. keeps freezing. it's not my computer or OS.

Drag and Drop does not work; import video fails. Useless, waste of my time to download and try this app.
Subscribed, and can't even use it.
Stuck in an endless loop of the app asking me to upgrade to pro, and when I try, it says you're already subscribed. It won't let me transcribe anything..

Restoring Description Error Continues
So a few weeks ago it would not allow me to caption videos without the watermark even though I have a paid subscription. I attempted to ‘restore subscription’ repeatedly and it did not work. Finally, after deciding to rant about it on a FB I got a message saying it was being worked on. Within 2-3 days it was working again. I replied I was overjoyed and got back to work. Yesterday, the same “restoring subscription’ message return. Once this month’s subscription is finished I’m cancelling. In fact, going to make content to suggest the same.

SLIGHTLY USER-FRIENDLY BUT NOT THE BEST APP
Transcription service not so good. Although I didn't have to make too many adjustments to the words, I was unable to make any edits to the timing if the sync was off. Also I hate that it automatically capitalizes every word at the beginning of the first line and when trying to change this, it doesn't save. In addition, the system doesn't allow use of apostrophe's in words.

I tried to translate with captions but i had to subscribe in order to do it. I subscribed to the premium and tried a total of 27 times but every time it told me I needed to upgrade still??? I thought my phone was glitching so I restarted it. It was the apps fault.

Rubbish, as soon as I started updating the CC parts of the sentence disappeared as I watched the preview.
Too much editing needed after and still gets it wrong
Got this app to save time and hopefully money since the other viable app is 9.99 per month or stuck w the free version. Unfortunately mix captions is getting my business because this app sets out to do this yet fails. Had to edit most captions and the edits would often not save.

Downloaded this app, for free. Uploaded a video. Directions seemed so simple and straightforward.

Well, for free all I can seem to do is rotate the video. Hit the transcribe button, a pop up for the $4.99 a month subscription comes up and cannot do anything else.
If I could have at least used the free version to start and have the option to upgrade from there. But this is false advertising.

Video Oreintation
Video orientation keeps changing on its own and adding double captions. Worked only the first few videos and now isn’t working for me!

Loved using this app and thought I finally found the answer to my CC needs...until exporting when the captions just played over the first frame of my video, which sat there like a still photo with captions
