Nicht intuitiv und unzuverlässig

Appbedienung sehr langsam, umständlich und unzuverlässig. Man muss Nummern mehrfach händisch eintippen. Qualität schlecht und nicht zuverlässig.
Mal Display schwarz, mal lässt sich nicht mehr Stummschalten, mal Mikro schlecht. Support antwortet nur auf OnlineSupportAnfragen. Ich soll Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen “ausprobieren”. Danach muss man alle Daten inklusive Adressbuch und SOS- Nummern in der richtigen Reihenfolge eintippen.

Luft nach oben

Einfache Anmeldung, Registrierung und Verknüpfung der Uhr und der App. Die Bedienung der Uhr ist einfach und erfüllt alle notwendigen Funktionen. Das Kind findet das Design super und die Menüführung einfach. Die App ist nicht ganz so smart und mir persönlich an der ein oder anderen Stelle zu viele Schritte erforderlich. Die Interaktion zwischen Kind und den registrierten App-Nutzern findet über einen gemeinsamen Gruppenchat statt. Einzelchats sind nicht möglich. Zumindest mir nicht bekannt. Das Kind kann nur mit emoji’s und Sprachnachrichten antworten. Die Rückmeldungen über Position und verlassen/ eintreten von Safetyzonen kommt viel zu spät (z.t. 20-30min verzögert). So erfüllt die Uhr seinen Zweck. Das Kind kann die Uhr ablesen und kann bei Bedarf anrufen. Mehr ist für uns auch nicht notwendig. Tracking ist eher ein nice to have, aber durch die Verzögerung auch nicht funktional.

Schön, dass Einrichtung und Bedienung so gut ankommen! Einzelchats gibt es aktuell bewusst nicht, da der Gruppenchat auf die ganze Familie ausgelegt ist. Hier ist aber bereits mehr Flexibilität in Planung. Die perfekte Smartwatch für Kinder

Ich habe schon einige Smartwatches mit meinen Kindern ausprobiert und muss sagen, dass die Anio mit Abstand am besten ist, sowohl vom Design her als auch von den Funktionen und vor allem der Zuverlässigkeit

Gut aber schwache Akku Leistung

Die Uhr ist gut, allerdings gibt es 3 Minuspunkte:
1. Akku hält maximal 1,5 Tage. Das Laden dauert im Vergleich recht lange.
2. Ortung dauert bis es aktualisiert.
3. Sprachnachrichten sind kaum zu verstehen.
Die Telefonie funktioniert super.
