All it says is “network error” I used to love this app

Found difficult to use. I could not figure out how to turn in a second request after the first was cancelled. I did not respond fast enough for the first chat/meeting.

I think the idea of this app is amazing and convenient but it keeps crashing on me. Whenever I try to go into my current conversation with my vet it shows a previous conversation and won’t let me close out. It also sometimes won’t let me go into the conversation at all. My vets response will pop up on my notifications on my phone but not show up on the app. It’s pretty frustrating to use, especially if it’s something time sensitive

Best pet app ever!!!!!
Got to connect with my vet for my best friend/cat Simba. The entire process was incredibly seamless and easy to use. I love that I can use the app for all of my cat’s health and lifestyle needs. Highly recommend this app to any pet owner.

Friendliest, most loving vet practice I’ve ever met. She immediately showed my guy how loved he was, called to check on him later, even has his picture in his phone! He now loves going to see his DOG-tor!

Honestly, my family benefited so much from the outlets of information to the articles to the best vets in the area. Out cat Oliver got the best care we could find because of the sheer quality and quantity of care because of the info we found here. You need to download this app!

i’ve had a complex routine that i’ve had to follow to nurse my dog back to health and it required a lot of tracking and reading. Anipanion was a place i could literally track
and achieve everything i needed to. made all the difference in communication with my vet and with my ability to help coconut. wish i found it sooner.

Love this app!
Anipanion is so easy to navigate and has such a great tool to connect with a vet virtually, a life saver! I love that there are tons of healthy treats to choose from when I need to restock, my pup loves them all! This app is overall really great for pet parents and I highly recommend, 10/10 :)
Great App
The shopping feature is a great addition to connecting with my vet. Alex (my cat) doesn’t like the vet. So having the ability to do a virtual appointment is great! Thank you so much.
