Great except for loading screen
Love the earbuds and app functions well, but wish the screen with the logo that pops up upon opening the app wasn’t white. Very thankful for the dark mode before sleep, but having the bright white screen feels counter intuitive in a silly way. App is great otherwise!
Muti Connection Menu
Since the update, whenever I try to connect a second device via the multi connection menu, the connection to my phone (primary device) gets cut and the app asks me to reconnect. It’s a repeating issue and I’m unable to use the multi connection option.
This is a bit annoying. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.

Please make a lightweight version
Please make a lightweight version that focuses only on controlling the headphones: equalizer, ANC settings, and general headphone settings. The current version has too much unnecessary bloatware and features that aren’t useful for simply managing the headphones.
Great customisation but not all works
You can tune your earphones/headphones to your liking. Only con is the app doesn’t see it’s auto connected in background and the widget still doesn’t work.
Sleepbud design is horrible
The sleep program with the A30 is horrible. Design is quite confusing and it disconnects via BT, waking me up. Please do a complete redesign. This current version is frustrating.
AI for headphones?
Dumbest use of AI I’ve seen, and I’ve seen some monumentally dumb stuff.
I shouldn’t need my privacy compromised to choose what happens when I tap an earbud.

Great until the update
Loved my P30i earbuds. Hate the new app. Unnecessary AI updates, now they won’t connect. At all. Fix it, please.

Failure to Connect
I had my soundcore speaker sitting next to my phone, I looked it up dozens of times and the app would not connect. I’ve contacted other people who have gotten it to work, and nobody seems to know what’s up. Inconsistent.

Overly complicated with feature bloat
It really just needs to do one thing, they keep adding stuff that’s unnecessary. For some reason one of the main navigation items is community another one is AI. You have to create an account to see your data even though the app is secured on your phone and they only added that in the past month or so. We really didn’t get the less is more principle. It’s really not making me want to buy more of their products, If that’s the intention.

Too heavy!
1 gigabyte of storage for an app I use only to switch between noise cancellation levels on my headphones. Ridiculous.

Please make icon more distinct
I use more than one Anker product and the icons looking the same is really not user friendly. Surely you could have come up with a better idea than this. Maybe a different background for each one at least.
Waste of money
This is the fourth pair I’ve tried. They disconnect continuously. It jumps into sleep mode while I’m still awake. I had high hopes for the fourth pair I’ve tried but I’m done. They fit amazing and the sound quality is excellent. Shame they don’t work.

Can’t register my S/N
App is not letting me insert any serial number! There is a serial number in the box and I can’t delete it, it’s very annoying
