Ai slop

An app that never needed to exist. It’s MASSIVE just to slap AI slop into your earbuds. Nobody wants this. Trash trash trash. Just give me a basic app with EQ settings. and that’s it.

Widgets

Widget not working on IOS , felt bad buying earbuds

Storage

Functionally 10/10, takes up 700MB, this seems excessive for what it is so many apps take up less, for more

Update not supporting A30 Special

With new update snore masking is only supporting A20 and will not download. It gives a pop up every time I try to download for local use.Sounds downloaded perfectly prior to update. Also, the A30 Special is not listed in supported devices. It went from working great to causing nothing but frustration. This defeats the purpose of reducing stress and improving my insomnia.

Smooth app works

The app pairs well with the product, it walks you through the process to understand the app and is easy to use. It has a quest style section to help you discover things in the app independently.
The app has included sounds to meditate, sleep, white noise and you can even create your own sounds with the combination feature.
My only problem with it is that it has included AI, it wont mean i wont use the app because i love my new headphones but i wish that the developers didn’t feel like they needed to jump on the AI trend with such an already amazing app.
If they were to add features i would love to see a changeable app icon with different colours and other interface colours not just black.

Buttons don’t work anymore

Since the updated version I have buttons not working on my v20i. If I assign double tap left or triple tap right to next function it does not work

Com o tempo dá bugs

O meu cancelamento de ruído faz barulho e agora a música está parando e voltando do nada com muita frequência. E o Bluetooth não conecta com mais de um aparelho como antes.

Does not work with soundcore 2

Bought soundcore 2 speaker. This app doesn’t see it and doesn’t offer it as a manual option. Great!!

Cannot connect soundcore 2 speaker

What’s the point of this app if I can’t connect the speaker I just purchased!? Could support please contact me to help me?? I had hoped to use the app to access my speaker

Sleep stories section

I was wondering whether the Sleep Stories section of this app is regularly updated with new stories, or if it’s just the current selection. Because once I’ve listened to all of them, they’ll start to feel repetitive.

Muito bom

Melhor fone que já comprei

AI for headphones?

Dumbest use of AI I’ve seen, and I’ve seen some monumentally dumb stuff.

I shouldn’t need my privacy compromised to choose what happens when I tap an earbud.

In conclusion, a truly awful app.

Update: I see the update changes nothing. Really very poor.

Awesome for customizing

The app is exemplary for a device manufacturer. Much bigger companies should watch and learn! Fully configure playback gestures on left and right side separately with an easy interface to do it. You can even choose which types of ambient noise are cycled when using that gesture.

Bloatware

Why does an EQ app need a useless AI chatbot? Why can’t it perform basic functions like making the headphones mono or stereo? Why is it taking up 1 GB of space? Unacceptable.

300+ MB of Doc & Data

What 300+ MB doc & data is needed for, while the app itself is already 600+ MB? People don’t have unlimited storage in their mobile devices.

Sleep detection sensitivity

I have been quite happy with Soundcore sleep A30s -- way way better than the Ozlo I had for a bit over a year.

I do wish I could adjust how sensitive they are to detecting I've fallen asleep. My audio often plays for an hour or two after I've drifted off before being paused and transitioning to the local audio.

1.0+ GB way to big.

Good app, but takes up way too much space on the iPhone over 1.0Gb

Update please

I have a P2 it cost 15$ so can you make an update so I can use mine to update can be next week Sunday as soon as possible 🙏🏾😫🥺😤😡🤬

Doesnt work

Phone is terrible, app just make it worst

Give me a way to disable the AI assistant.

I wish there was a clear way to disable the AI assistant that comes with the app. So, to keep my headphones firmware up to date, I have to download the app, then after checking for any firmware updates, delete the app and periodically repeat the process.
